Took my son here for his 4th birthday. Our server Elizabeth was very nice, sweet, and attentive. She checked on us the exact right amount, kept our drinks full, and split our bill correctly through the whole family. The food was delicious as well! The hamburger steak coming back is a big win! Birthday dinner was a big success! Thank you!

The food at Cracker Barrel is consistently good. The location in Dublin GA is providing very tasty food, good service, and the typical home style Cracker Barrel Old Country Store experience. I recommend the Hash Brown Casserole Shepherds Pie. The team works very hard, with a focus on customer experience. Well done. My personal score is 4.7.

I visited your restaurant and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I usually visit other Cracker Barrel locations, and they’re always excellent, but this time was different. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Tenders with broccoli and baked potato, along with a side salad. The salad had only three thin slices of cucumber, which is quite inadequate for the price. I also had to ask for more cucumbers, which shouldn’t be necessary. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked on one side, which shows a lack of attention to quality control. In the end, the bill came to nearly $29, which feels excessive for the quality of food received. I’d like to note that the server was very polite and professional, but the food quality was disappointing. I’ve attached a photo as evidence. Unfortunately, I will likely choose a different restaurant next time. I hope you take these points into consideration and improve your quality control.

Clean establishment. Friendly employees. Good food. However, these are offered at their own leisurely pace. Visited at 8am on a Saturday when the restaurant was not very busy (majority of the tables were available), and for 1 person (myself) with 1 order (per menu, no special requests), it took an hour for my order to be brought to the table. Being that I only had an hour to spare to stop and eat, this was not in my favor. Being this is not an establishment I frequent (as there are none around where I live), I’ll chalk it up to a ‘lesson learned’.

I love Cracker Barrel food, so for me food reviews is always 5 stars.
But for this place in Dublin beside the food we also have 5 starts service and atmosphere, beside all the employees being friendly and always welcoming, there is a young boy that helps to host the guests (unfortunately I don’t know his name, can I have his phone number? lol) that is always happy, always joking with his coworkers, and I can see the happiness in other employees too, so it means that it looks a good place to work, and make the atmosphere and service look amazing.

Menu was smaller than usual and the waitress had a foul attitude. Food was taking way too long so I just left. Cooking something as simple as EGGS and BACON should not take an eternity.

It will be awhile before we return to this location. They were out of a bunch of the food my mother and I wanted at 7 in the evening on a Saturday night including the corn bread muffins. Added to this we waited close to an hour before they finally brought the food out and on top of that it wasn’t nearly as good as it was last time I ate there which waa probably 4 months prior. The hash brown casserole was over done, and their country fried steak wasn’t good.
Would not recommend. I felt like I payed 30+ dollars for 15 dollars worth of scrappy food.

This is my honest opinion of the Cracker Barrel located off Interstate 16, Dublin Georgia. Your opinion and view may differ from mine. I love eating at most Cracker Barrel restaurants, but this location has become unpredictable whether the food quality will be good or bad. This is the third time that I’ve eaten at this location and wanted cornbread with my meal, only to be told that the cornbread was not ready or available. Cornbread is not a seasonal item, and everyone does not like biscuits, just like everyone does not like cornbread. The menu still offers both, based on what you prefer. I’m making a big deal about this because the restaurant opens up real early for business, long before most people would even order cornbread. The side orders are so small now as well. The mac-n- cheese tasted like the kind that comes in a blue box, found at most grocery stores, except more like the cheaper off brand version. The fried okra was good, and the chicken fried chicken was excellent on my visit date. With the cost of eating out going up and up, a person would be better off going to Golden Corral. You can get all you can eat for about the same price as Cracker Barrel, if you are in the mood for it. I bet this Cracker Barrel location has cornbread, and serves quality side dishes when corporate visits. They have become complacent and keep serving less than the best because their customers put up with it. CRACKER BARREL YOU ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT YOU ARE DELIVERING.

Great service. Our server was spectacular and friendly. My burger was prepared very well and tasted fantastic. Never thought about ordering a burger from Cracker Barrel, but it was a win. Got there early and had no issue with getting a table fast.

Wait time was relatively fast for it being packed. Food was delicious. Had the cinnamon French toast holiday meal (minus eggs because I don’t like eggs) and the DIY Hot chocolate – tasted okay but was way better when the candy cane melted in it.
