Reviews
The breadsticks were hard, dry, and overcooked. The chicken in my entrée was dry, the noodles were falling apart, and the overall dish had almost no taste. The vegetables were undercooked, mushy, and flavorless. For what this meal cost, I expected basic quality control and food that was at least properly cooked and seasoned.
On top of the food quality, the wait time was unacceptable. While waiting, I saw a roach crawling along the side of the waiting area, which was extremely disturbing. The front of the house also felt chaotic—there were a lot of people and it did not seem organized or professionally managed.
What made it worse was observing what looked like poor food-handling hygiene: I saw a staff member touch his face and then handle food immediately afterward without gloves. Between the hygiene concerns and the quality of the meal, this was an awful experience.
To make it even more frustrating, I paid for most of this using a Christmas gift card. Unfortunately, this location made that feel like a waste—it wasn’t worthy of being a Christmas present, and it certainly wasn’t worth the money spent. Overall, this experience was far below what I expect from Olive Garden. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless there’s a serious improvement.
Waitress was great at asking what we needed, explaining one of the dishes and recommending an additional dish.
Food was brought out promptly. Waitress checked on us frequently enough that she did not bother us or pester.
After the meal, our waitress offered to put our food to go and offered drinks to go.
He made our experience effortlessly because he took care of us with the utmost respect. Took our drink order and kept it coming, we ordered dipping sauce and he kept an eye to keep it coming nice and hot and made sure we had fresh and hot bread with it including the all you can eat soup.
When our entrée arrived he cautioned ⚠️ us about the dish being super hot. He made sure he placed it where we wanted. Now that is extra care and he showed signs of concerns not to burn our hands.
That’s customer service at its best. We will be returning to this location for that kind of attentiveness. We appreciated his kindness, his great smile, and he was very respectful. Thank you Kevin.
That made me decide to order extra food to go and we tipped him 20% because he deserved it. I hope management sees this review.
Atmosphere was weird… Full of furries or whatever those cat people are. And the “manager” was just walking around eating bread sticks. Working in a kitchen I know employees aren’t supposed to eat on the floor. Bet she doesn’t let other people do that. I’m only complaining cause we heard her chewing as she walked by full on tongue slapping every time. Never seen stuff like this at a olive garden I don’t think this one has standards but at least our server and what we ordered was good
