Food is always fresh. I can’t say much about inside but the drive thru is always quick and easy. I will say that some of the staff are just rude. If you don’t like your job, go home. It’s often that they hand me my food and shut the window without a word, even if I tell them to have a nice day first. Kindness cost $0 people!!

Don’t get me wrong morning and afternoon shift are excellent! Very friendly and food always correct. But that night shift is full of young and rude teenagers! They rush you to order, throw the food at you without speaking, and complain when you ask for the items they didn’t put in the bag. And then my son’s happy meal didn’t even have meat in his burger. They gave him bread and cheese!

As far as friendly people it’s a no.. Management sucks the cashiers seem to be drained but, the food was hot and fresh after a ten minute wait. Between 11am and 2pm I recommend you not go if your on your lunch brake.

I am blown away I’ve been standing in line for 40 minutes there’s no one at the counter then a girl that is supposed to be attending the counter comes and says they have to clear all the orders before she can come take our orders. They have 4 people bagging food why do they need so many. I worked at a McDonald’s back in the day back then we had 1 for drive thru and 1 for front counter but someone should be at the counter taking orders at all times. Its just crazy to me how they can just leave people standing here for almost and hours. This is supposed to be fast food. There is no reason why they need so many people bagging food and leaving the counter un-attended. I’ve no joke been standing here with no service for an hour. I dont place all mcdonalds in the same category and I know the food will be good but this service is ridiculous.

I don’t know if it’s just because I’m in Georgia but the staff are knocking it out of the park here. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a McDonalds with such friendly folks. Food is prepared like the photos, not slopped into the wrapper like in Florida lol. Drive through is fast, I’ve yet to receive soggy fries at this location. Well done

Not only did this establishment get the order completely wrong, the women working acted as if we were the ones who messed up the order. Even when they “corrected” our order, they still got it wrong. We ended up leaving without the breakfast we were trying to get. And what we did get was overcooked and absolutely disgusting. These women were very rude. They were very unprofessional. If this McDonald’s loses revenue then we definitely can plainly see why. We most certainly will NOT be going back here. Poorly done McDonald’s. These womens attitudes and behaviors were not warranted nor appreciated.

It’s McDonald’s, you know what’s there. But here’s what I do have to say about this particular location: They are surprisingly fast. There haven’t been many times I pulled up, and the place isn’t packed. In fact, I have always had someone already in line placing their order with at least 1 person behind them. This location is ready!! I don’t know the longest I have had to wait from arrival to departure, but i do know I have never had that feeling of, “come on” or ” what’s going on here” You know what I’m talking about. So, kudos to McDonald’s in Sandersville!!! Thank you for keeping up with the demand of our little/big city. I highly recommend you follow your craving, and go straight to McDonald’s!!

I frequent this drive through often. (It’s the only McDonald’s for quite a while) when you order, it’s like they will give you what they give you and you better hope it’s what you ordered. If it isn’t, they will basically tell you “oh well” too bad. Very unhelpful. Spend money expecting a big Mac, you get a mcchicken. If you complain, they will take the food back that you touched, (which they aren’t supposed to do,) put it under the lights for the next customer, then hand you another wrong sandwich. Just take it and leave basically and be glad you got something for your hard earned money.
