The pic was the one that we got to go for our daughter, not the correct temp at all for a Med Rare ♀️OVER COOKED !!!
Mine was fine but my husband picked out his and ordered
Med Rare and he got a whole other steak that was cooked WELL ♀️
We had to get boxes and take home everything when the manager came with the correct stake and never even got an offer for a discount or free dessert or an apology

She apologized and Acknowledged that it was the wrong steak.
We have never had a bad experience there until tonight!
We definitely do not blame Carly at all and we told her it wasn’t her fault and tipped her very well for her service but, I do think management needs to get it together with the Customer Service end of the job ♀️ ♀️

Not a great experience. Came tonight with my cousin and his daughter. He checked in on the wait-list, which said it was a 20-25 minute wait. He got the text confirmation. He texted here now as instructed when we got here. We waited and waited. We finally came in, and waited probably another good 25 minutes and finally said something to the hostess. They could not find his name on the list despite the fact he had the confirmation number. We talked to a manager about it and basically got told well we can’t do anything about the check in process. We get seated and order. I did a Caesar salad as one of the sides. My cousin did a house salad. His got brought out. I sat and waited. I finally said something to our waitress. She had a dumbfounded look like I was speaking a foreign language and said okay. Another 10 minutes goes by and still nothing. If I could give the service negative stars, I would. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Yes, I get being busy but the service was simply abysmal.

Decent Texas Roadhouse location. Same great food that they are known for. I’ve been twice recently – first time was great with no issues. Second time, the waitress seemed a little lost and the manager was annoyed one of my friends didn’t like his food. Definitely worth a try if you’re hungry, but hopefully your experience was like my first time and not the second.

unfortunately very disappointed with the service we received on February 21st. coming there to celebrate my sisters birthday should not be overshadowed by careless and inattentive service. our server repeatedly reached across the table without excusing herself, put the wrong orders of food in, forgot about drinks, and even worse completely forgot to take my order after taking everyone else’s. I had to track her down just to order. then after that, my steak was undercooked. this visit did not meet even basic standards of professionalism or hospitality. i am in this industry and know exactly how it works…. management needs to take this feedback seriously and absolutely ensure staff are properly trained on courtesy and attentiveness… as it’s also extremely unacceptable for half their staff to be making videos instead of giving proper customer service.. the table behind us had to ask someone if they were ever going to be served as they waited 15+ minutes before anyone greeted their table of two. I really hope management can fix these issues and seriously works on improving their customer service moving forward.

Texas Roadhouse is my go to steak place when I’m too lazy to grill my own. Melissa was our server and she was fantastic! She made my night. I had the 14 ounce ribeye with mashed potatoes and the house salad. When did they end the wedge? Great meal, great service.

The experience at Texas Roadhouse that we had was good with good service and food. The steaks were cooked to the correct temperature, the sides were done well, and the honey butter rolls are always awesome to start your dinner. When we arrived, they were very busy, but we were able to get in quickly and the service was quick as well. Is this location is an example of Texas roadhouse consistency, and having good comfort food. I recommend stopping in if you are at Texas roadhouse fan you will not be disappointed at this location.

Another great experience…. The rolls seemed smaller but just as tasty…our server was very attentive, the salads were good, steaks were really good, seasoned nicely, and my ribs were really great, hit the spot. I never had the sirloin ribs combo before but have to say it was really good my wife’s filet was very tasty also! Texas Roadhouse is one of our more favorite spots The food is always great, decently priced… service is always above average and this Texas Roadhouse did not disappoint

Good food, generous portions but! The service… Group of 8 and they just gave us 1 peanut bag to start.. It’s not like that in other Texas Roadhouse. Next, we asked for 2 bottles of wine and the waitress said only 1 at a time.. so we received the first and emptied it in 1 round.
