Tried the Big Arch and ended up feeding it to the ducks. Almost 9$ and the sauce I think is what turned me off. I guess I can see why the CEO nibbled on his like a mouse thinking its meal is poisoned on the Big Arch ad. Service was fast. Atmosphere is fine. Just stick with the classics like hot and spicy, nuggs, Mcrib, or big mac. The Big Arch is basically a Mcdouble with different sauce and its 9$ in Utah. This review is only for the Big Arch.

This McDonald’s is conveniently located near my place of work. I decided to give it a try for lunch the other day.
This time I thought about walking in to place and get my order.
This location has been newly remodeled and it looks great inside and outside.
The new machines to order are great but they still have a person to place the order with if you like to do in person.
I ordered a Big Mac meal and it was great.
By the way, I have to admit that the McDonald’s fries are the best ones!
Service was great. Food was great. I am only giving a 4 stars because they took a while to finish my order.
I acknowledge the manager who asked me in person if I had received my order and he speeded up for me.

i get here right at 7:01. all kiosks are closed and i get ignored by all workers until 7:07… tables are dirty as if there was no cleanup from the last shift. and while i’m sitting at a table, a worker comes and sweeps the other seat at my table with a nasty broom… while i’m eating!!! food tasted like burnt toast! no longer has a self serve drink machine!

Service is generally pretty quick and the employees are friendly, or at least polite. Drive-thru especially, but the couple times I’ve been inside have been fine. Food wise iIt’s standard McDonald’s.

Went through the drive through and got a large combo. The fries weren’t filled up all the way and the drink was really watered down. I’m not coming back to this one.

I’ve had so many issues in the past with this location. I went there tonight (11/17) at 6:30pm and for the first time in a very long time every single part of my order was correct! All the modifications and everything plus my fries were hot and crispy and fresh!!! I hope this is an ongoing thing from now on!

The manager is totally stuck up and rude, they messed up my order and still wanted me to drive all the way around wait in the line and put in a new order, which by the way it was two fries they could have been nice and easily fixed it but she doesn’t have common sense mind you I have three hungry children with me. I don’t recommend going to this location because she’s always rude and shuts the window on you when your talking etc.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But amazing customer service, positive atmosphere, and warm tasty food! I first walk in with my friends around 9:30 and immediately noticed something was different. One of the workers walked by and cracked a funny joke, I don’t remember what he said but the mood was uplifting. Second, our reciepts actually printed at the kiosk.
I’m an indecisive sometimes, so by the time I ordered and joined my friends at the table, they already had their meals! Now that’s fast food done right. My meal was out quickly too, 3-5 minutes at most. I ordered the limited Deluxe Buffalo Ranch McCrispy Chicken Sandwich, which I ordered previously at a different McDonald’s 2 weeks before where they accidentally gave me the buffalo ranch burrito, I let them know my order was wrong, they asked if I wanted them to get me the right sandwich, and I didn’t want to push it but I said sure. But when they gave it to me, it was dry, and only had buns, chicken, and some pickles, no buffalo ranch, no bacon, and the atmosphere was dead. But not at this McDonald’s. The guy brought me my order on a tray, I opened the sandwich and it looked amazing, except I noticed it had normal ranch instead of buffalo ranch. I wasn’t even gonna worry about it, but I kid you not, not even 10 seconds after I noticed, the same guy who gave me my food came over and said, “hey, we actually gave you the wrong order but here’s the right sandwich.” I was beyond grateful, I got 2 for the price of 1. I loved the laughing and positivity coming from the kitchen. Thank you! 10/10

I always come to this location because it’s next door to my work and it’s an easy cheap place to go for my lunch. So I know I give them business and ive picked up on frequent patterns. Some patterns such as missing items from my bag and lazy workers. Taking a break or calming down after a rush is one thing, but sitting there on your phone and straight up ignoring everybody when there’s only two customers in the store is absurd. I have to stand and repeat myself over and over again just to get someone to look at me. And by the time they talk to me, they don’t even care enough to listen. They hear “missing” and pretty much just thrown a new item at me whether it’s the right item/size or not. I have the app because I order here so much and it’s easier to walk in and grab an already made bag than it is to order and wait. But I always end up waiting anyways no matter how early I pre order it online. I could order it an hour before my lunch or two minutes and I’m still waiting for my cold, stale, and tasteless food to be handed to me. Even after constant asking when it’ll be made. And, back to the missing items, by the time I get it I have to wait again because they “forgot” something. I normally wouldn’t mind except it’s all of the time. I’m giving you my money and you’re giving me nothing in return. With how many “forgotten” items ive dealt with, I could’ve saved quite a bit of money. Never coming here again. I’ll pay the extra few dollars for rancheritos or subway thanks.

Nearly every time I come here there is a problem. Usually it’s the food or missing food items. I’ve let this go several times and now I’m going to say something and I’m going to keep saying something untill the issues are fixed. Show up this morning at 6:30(they open at 6:00. They’ve even been open earlier than that) The doors are locked. It doesn’t look like anyone is even working except maybe one person. There’s no notice on why!! Many times they have forgotten to put an item from my order in my bag. Food has been cold and not edible and many times they weren’t even that busy. I swear it seems like they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked at McDonald’s it isn’t that difficult. Yet for a good majority of their employees it seems it is. I’ve seen management on their phone while behind the counter when they should be working. Many times they have taken longer than they should have and it hasn’t been busy just to fill a small order. Get your acts together. Next time I have an issue with my food. Whether its not editor items are missing. Not only will you lose my business but I will file a dispute. No matter what the price was. Hey it together. Hire people end keep those employed who actually are w willing to take their job seriously and actually care to work and quality of the food and service. If they don’t get rid of them. Plenty of other people will gladly take that job and actually care about it. I will update once/if things get better
