Looking forward to eating here when we checked in on 12/28/24. Rushed to get there because they closed at 4:30. Walked in party of 4 at 4:10pm. They flatly let us know their grill was closed and they were basically closed. We pointed to the hours, and told them how far we drove that day and how much we were looking forward to their burgers. He said he could do something for us but their grill cleaned and was closed. We walked out disappointed.
Next day (12/29) we walk down to the cafe again looking forward to that burger. Went to order and they are completely out of burger patties. I guess he couldn’t have told us that last night? We asked when they would get their order. He shrugs his shoulders as says maybe tomorrow, maybe Thursday but who knows. So we walked back to our room again disappointed and left to Red Robin. I wouldn’t be so upset if this guy was friendly, helpful or really even showed that he cared. But he didn’t and could have cared less that he wasted customers time. Definitely not feeling very valued at all.
