Stopped by around 8pm on a Sunday and there was a line but it moved pretty quickly. Food was hot and very fresh! Highly recommend! I order the fish combo with fries, an Arnold palmer and a side salad.

One star for the service. My purchase was $94 through the drive inn and the lady that took my order was upset because the amount of dishes I was asking, then she packed my order so bad that the chicken wings sauce was all over the place. The lady even forgot the extra sauces that I asked for and forgot for an additional item that I asked, making me to wait longer. The guy that brought the food to my car he had a great attitude and polite not like the lady that was rude.

Just left from up there ordered the chicken tenders with fries meal and fruit punch no ice. I asked for everything extra crispy. After waiting in the line for about 10-15mins I get my food and pull off. I live about 7mins away. I notice my fries are fresh but my chicken tenders are cold like the kitchen made them and had them sitting there until someone ordered them. My fruit punch was also watered down like they needed to change the bag. It’s almost 4am I called the store and spoke with Nate who said bring the food and a receipt back up there after I already waited in line 10-15mins. He said they were open until 5am today. I drove back up there just to see the line wrapped around the building and I broke my ankle so I can’t walk inside to return food and wait even longer . Horrible customer service after having to wait and spend almost $15 on stale food. I’ll

I usually go to Salem’s at least once a week and most of the time I order the fish basa Fried hard/well done. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the with the person who takes the order or the cooks but they do not listen under any circumstances. When a customer ask for their food to be cooked well done it’s because that the way they want to eat but the for some reason I cannot get my food cooked the way I asked. This is actually my last time going there because of this reason it’s not a difficult request. I hate eating soggy fish with wet breading. Not worth the headache anymore.

I was hesitant to try this place after reading The negative reviews. I took my family of 7 for a late lunch (2;30), we ordered gyros and the kids had a burger and chicken strips. The food was really good and fresh, and the fries were hot. The only down side is their lack of a children’s menu but they did have more kid friendly options. If we lived nearby we would definitely return but we are just passing through.

The manager Maria is absolutely amazing. She is always on top of everything and making sure the orders are moving quickly and thoroughly, her costumer service skills are on point. Every time I see her she’s always been very sweet and patient.
