First time dining here. We absolutely loved the staff, the atmosphere, and the food. It brought forth some flavorful down home cooking to our souls. My grandma would have loved the gravy. Another perk is that they offer a rewards program!

I placed a to-go order and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Even though I wasn’t dining in, the service felt just as attentive and welcoming. Shelby was the one who helped me, and she truly went above and beyond. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she took the time to make sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed before I left.
What really stood out was her attitude she was genuinely kind, positive, and professional, and it made the entire interaction pleasant and stress-free. She communicated clearly, checked everything carefully, and never made me feel rushed, which is rare and very appreciated, especially with to-go orders.
When I got home, the food was packaged neatly, still hot, and tasted great. Everything was exactly as ordered. It’s clear that Shelby takes pride in her job and cares about giving people a good experience, even when they’re not dining in.
Service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of Shelby, I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and recommending this place to others.

We had heard that this little café was a top place to visit in Fort Smith. We finally had a chance to try it out. It was as advertised! The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was as expected for a small diner. I had the open faced chili burger with tots, . My wife had a breakfast plate, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We are glad to live in the area now and will be back.

Just a little family place, but the taste is huge! Burgers from a well seasoned grill. Kenny the owner and grill master chats with customers from an open kitchen. And the whole staff joins in. I also recommend their light cream pies. Loved it.

My friend and I recently visited Benson’s Grill, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We ordered the grilled potatoes with cheese sauce and burgers, and everything was beyond delicious. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the cheese sauce adding just the right amount of richness. The burgers were juicy, packed with fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and we left completely satisfied. Service was quick, and our food arrived fresh and hot.

Decent breakfast. It’s a small diner, and it’s what you should expect in this kind of place. I didn’t try any of the lunch foods but the breakfast was ok. Definitely needed salt and hot sauce. The pancakes were very very good.

I grew up in the area, and visited Benson’s MANY times. Especially during my college years. I’ve always loved their breakfast foods, and their club sandwich.
I moved away six years ago…and my husband, daughter, and I try to visit my family back in that area once a year. Four years ago – I introduced my husband and daughter to Benson’s. Ever since then – they insist on us going when we are in the area. We visited this past week, and were reminded why we always work it into our trips back home. My husband ordered his absolute favorite – the Gotcha breakfast. It was around 11:30 AM when we went – so I branched out and ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. My daughter went with their chicken tender combo. My husband’s GOTCHA breakfast was, as usual, phenomenal. If you’ve never gotten this…& you’re a breakfast food fan – GET IT. It’s got EVERYTHING.
My chicken sandwich was mediocre. I’ve always LOVED everything I’ve ever gotten from here, so I won’t base my review off this particular sandwich. Like I said – I love ALL their breakfast foods…& the club sandwich is my fave. I should’ve gone that route. However – I got curly fries with my chicken sandwich…& they were some of the best curly fries I’ve ever gotten. And I’m not even a huge French fry fan, typically. SO YUMMY.
My daughter’s chicken strip meal was SO YUMMY. The chicken strips were a perfect balance of breading and meat…& had a delicious flavor. Her fries were also phenomenal. Both her and my meals came with a side salad…& it was really yummy.
Our waitress, and everyone else we encountered at Benson’s (as usual) was so incredibly sweet, helpful, and friendly. Everyone there always seems so cheerful…& it’s so nice. We will definitely be back next time when we’re in the area. Even in all of our travels – we have yet to find a place that comes close to Benson’s.♥️

Absolutely loved this place!! We would definitely go back!! I got the Gotcha and my husband got a omelette fully loaded. Loved the vibe! Like Waffle House but its own thing. Everything looked great on the menu. We were in Arkansas visiting family for a Baby Shower. If this was close to us in Texas it would be a monthly visit. lol. Go try it!

I ordered a club sandwich to go, and the sandwich was a shame. Tasted like melted craft cheese covering old tomatoes, wilted lettuce, and lunch meat. The kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Literally. Super disappointing. I only gave the rating I gave because the fries were mediocre and the ladies in there were friendly.

Me and my bf eat there at least twice a month every month and we get the same thing everytime. Are meals normally cost around 35$ well this time he got something different which was a couple dollars more and tell me why we getting charged 44$?? I did the math in my phone when we left bc I memorized the prices on what we got(I’m a server myself so it’s not hard) the lady was also telling doordashers how she was so stressed and busy when it was literally just me and my bf and maybe a few DoorDash orders. Our food was greasy as hell and I’m still confused on what we got charged extra for? I normally don’t leave reviews but idk this experience tonight with these two ladies was jsut different I guess ♀️
