I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m going to try to remain as nice as possible. I’d say the past 4-5 times I have visited I haven’t received my full order. Tonight I went for a few items after doing the drive up service, and I only got about half of the things I paid for. The only reason this is an issue for me is because I paid money for them, and I now have to go in and ask around if anyone has my drink. I do drive up service because I am coming back from the gym, with shorts on, and I would rather sit In my car and have someone deliver it to me… it’s nice that the service is there… but it just feels useless now because the past 4-5 times I have visited and used this feature, I find myself going in the store asking for my complete order. I’m not trying to single anyone out by any means, but I don’t really like visiting anymore due to this.

My drinks are always made wrong they are not filled or to watered down and the employees are always talking bad about the customer and making fun of everyone loudly and talking very rude and laughing loud about it. Its not professional to be so immature at work. Nor is it ok to ever ok to judge or make fun of people. What kind of people are wawa promoting?

So what I don’t understand is this Wawa does NOT HAVE A BATHROOM.
I have yet to see a wawa that does not provide it’s guests and paying customers the ability to use the bathroom. I saw that it does state that on the doors that there is no public restroom on a small sticker. This place doesn’t really give off a friendly kinda vibe anyways.
Consider myself not coming back into this specific Wawa ever again. This blows my mind! Is there a specific reason as to why there is no bathroom? Honestly….

I went up to the counter to try to fix it and the lady was extremely rude. she said she didn’t know how to help me. didn’t want to find somebody to help me and just told me to step out of the line. then she proceeded to tell every customer a sob story about her totaled car.

This location unfortunately suffers the same weakness as many others. Inconsistency. You can order one item today go get the same one tomorrow and it’s made different. I’m tired of calling, driving back getting items replaced. Do better.
