The building and interior is very nice, and there is not an abundance but enough parking. The staff was very nice. I think the waiters name was frank or something. He was very kind and helpful. The food was good, and they give you salad and breadsticks.

The food is consistently very good and the service was pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere and decor are very nice, although the two of the rooms can be very loud. My only complaint is you do not offer a gluten-free pasta. You offer rice as a substitution, but rice doesn’t go with many Italian dishes. Sadly, I have a family member with a serious gluten allergy and we have had to limit our visits to Olive Tree. Please, offer a gluten-free pasta.

The couple times that I’ve been here for lunch has been decent. Both times sat at the bar and service was good. The food is decent for lunch. The only downside is the actual getting your food in a timely manner part. Idk if the kitchen only has one person back there but both times it has taken a great deal of time to get our orders. They do give you a big bowl of salad and breadsticks while you wait so just sit back snack on those in the meantime. Bar staff was excellent and very engaging so added bonus points for that.

I have eaten at this location and had a good meal. This last time I ordered take out and all the food was rubbish, especially the wild mushroom pasta. It had only a few mushrooms, the cheese was cold and not melted, the pasta was tough. The crab cake was decent but lacked flavor it normally has. I did place the order kinda late, 10pm, but I drove a long way and was looking forward to good food.

Was immediately seated after stating how many people. Server was attentive and polite. Meals were decent sized especially the pasta dishes. Didn’t have to wait long for drinks or the appertizer with bread sticks and the garden salad to come out. We got a few desserts to go. It was a bit busy from what I could see all around. But the main dishes came out soon after. Clean and brightly lite. Noise level was okay for the most part. They had a birthday party going on nearby, a few tables up from us, from where we were seated at.
Atmosphere was okay for the most part, kinda wish they seated us else where. Between kids running up and down the aisle and the rude group sitting behind off to the side. Seemed a bit too much going on all up on the side.

Ordered takeout from Olive Tree tonight as I have countless times before and it was definitely disappointing to say the least. I ordered the shrimp and crab tortellini which was okay but the shrimp were tough and just an odd texture overall. We also ordered the crab dip which was nothing but mashed up cream cheese, cheese on top, no seasoning, and certainly no crab meat in the dish. $18 for a rectangle tin of cream cheese. So yummy. It’s been a while since I had ordered from here and the quality is lack there of. After reading through other reviews, I recommend they audition for Gordon Ramsey’s new show Secret Service (I wish I was kidding, the place seriously needs help). I definitely will no longer be a paying customer for overpriced and below average quality cuisine. Everyone keep the cash in your pockets and go elsewhere. And before this review is greeted with a “we are so sorry to hear about your experience, we will do better next time,” please save the theatrics and respond to what’s happening in your kitchen first.

Recent Experience-
My family went recently, 4 adults two children 1 and 3, and the waitress barely showed up, they couldn’t get any additional bread, a mandatory tip around 20% was charged which i assumed children didn’t apply at those ages, but overall not the best experience for family coming from out of town. But they did like the food.

Large spacious building with a lot of seating areas. It was pretty cool inside where most people kept their coats on, but today it did get cooler and started to snow when we arrived,
The Breadsticks were good, fresh, warm, soft and had nice flavor.
The sausage pizza was good, light sauce, crispy crust, soft bottom, slightly spicy sausage which kids could eat.
Offer kids menus and a good selection of deserts.
Waitress was very attentive and nice.

I’m lactose intolerant. My waitress made sure there was no dairy products that contained lactose in my meal. She even spoke to the chef and came up with alternative. This made eating out for me, a much more relaxing experience. The food and service was amazing! You get a lot of food in a dinner. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. Thank you!

Came into the restaurant around 3 pm. Food was decent. Service was good up until we received our food and our server disappeared. My husband had to go find someone to find our server to get our check. A lot of workers standing by the check in desk talking really loud and using profanity. Wasn’t able to enjoy our food in peace without hearing obnoxious laughing and talking from the workers. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered dinner tonight. I ordered chicken Marsala with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, Tuscan fries, and a panini. The chicken Marsala was absolutely disgusting. It tasted watery and had no flavor at all. I usually get stuffed shells or Alfredo, but I usually get this Marsala dishes at other places, so I decided to try something new, and I regret trying a different menu item here. The “garlic mashed potatoes” I put in quotes because they were literally plain and tasted like powder instant mashed potatoes. Also there was a BUG in my salad. I called the store, spoke to manager and she credited me for entree, mashed potatoes, and a salad. But wouldn’t refund me and insisted I bring food to store, after I found a bug in my food and drove all the way there and back home. Absolutely not. I also asked if mashed potatoes were instant and she said “I’m not sure about that”.
