Wolfgangs is symphony of a breakfast! The menu is an Opera of options and the service and atmosphere is a cornucopia of excitement!
Tiramisu pancakes! Really! Fluffy pancakes soaked in coffee, topped with whipped cream make for an amazing experience.
Homemade cinnamon rolls and crispy, salty bacon make for the perfect accompaniment.
Excellent, friendly service make Wolfgang’s a must try in Grand Rapids!!

Wolfgang’s is a nice place to have breakfast. This was my first visit, and things went well. The staff was quick to take my order and checked in with me often. I had the western deluxe omelette, and it was a good choice. It was a good sized omelette without being super sized, and the sides were delicious. I especially liked the redskin potatoes. The food quality seemed good. If I lived closer I’d definitely consider this as my main breakfast spot, and I’d have no issue visiting it again.

I drove up from Kalamazoo for what turned out to be a disappointing appointment. To cheer myself up, I decided to randomly pick a breakfast place. I’ll tell you what, I walked out of there very happy and very full. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. The server who’s name I didn’t get (cool hair, ears pierced) was incredibly friendly. I got the ‘Uncle Ron’s Skillet’. I was so good. I mean, damn. I was full halfway through it and stuffed, but I pressed on and ate the rest. It was that good. Left feeling like Kzoo needs to step it the hell up. I forgot what good breakfast food actually tastes like. I don’t know what else to say. I never leave reviews, but I simply had to. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live in GR. If I did, I’d become a regular and gain 50lbs. One last thing and I’ll stop gushing. I’ve lived a a couple of large cities and a few smaller ones. This place is better than just about any diner I have been to. I’m super picky about where I spend money on restaurant food. Totally worth it. Anyway, thank you for making me fell better.

The food was amazing!! The waitress, I believe her name was Janice? Was prompt with service and kept my drink full! Very nice and accommodating. The decor had like photos of the owner pasted onto them which I thought was harlarious!! Definitely a great place for breakfast and I will be back!!!!

Classic diner (a bit on the pricey side) but good quality all around.
* Lemon & Blueberry pancakes &
*Cinnamon Roll French Toast are both amazing.
*I would avoid ‘The Mahoney’ as the strawberries taste like water and it’s “cream cheese” NOT “cream cheese icing”.
Portions are big.
Staff are nice.
Would come back for sure.

She helped us pick between a couple options. We got lemon berry pancakes and this uncle rons skillet and omg it was fantastic. We came back the next day and it was just as good. I 100% recommend this place. Also our server for Sunday his name was Jay and he was amazing aswell. Great staff, food, everything. 10/10 no question

Yooooo, the reviews here are warranted. First time in GR and all the forums and reviews pointed here. Just go, don’t debate, get the lemon and blueberry pancakes and get you a missad! The service was great and the food was just impressive. Highly recommend and will be back for the tiramisu pancakes.

Talk about yum! We were in town for the Lantern Festival and stumbled upon this place for breakfast. First impressions are holy hazelnut. They are known for their hazelnut coffee and it smells heavenly upon entering! I greatly appreciated them having a half order of eggs Benedict because I wanted a couple of different things and didn’t want to waste. Definitely get the iced cafe Wolfgang, the hashbrowns are AMAZING!!, and the banana bread French toast! They have a super convenient text wait time, so they text you once your table is ready! I would definitely go back if we were in town!

Dined here 3/29/25. We had been to Wolfgang’s before, but it had been years. The place was just as I remembered. Could use an update, but you’re gonna be here for the food, not the atmosphere. If that’s how they keep prices down, I’m fine with it!
The portions are definitely big for the price. Since I only had room for one thing to try, I decided to try the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes, though I was torn with The Upton (Tiramisu Pancakes). Guess I’ll have to be back to try the other! The pancakes were delicious though decadent. I don’t think that much whip cream was necessary, it sure commands some attention, but hey, I’ll take it.
A huge plus that they offer sugar-free syrup for my partner. Who got regular pancakes and the classic breakfast with potatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage. A good joint, it’s rare these days to dine in somewhere for 2 and have the bill be ~$35.
