Honestly the food was terrible. We had driven 10 hours and this was a stop for dinner before we checked into our hotel. We were very hungry and I could not even eat my meal. There were four of us and we all were extremely disappointed. And the place is absolutely filthy! I asked to speak with a manager and sat down with her to explain how dissatisfied we were. She said she was going to get the general manager and would be right back. I sat for 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I would not recommend eating here. If I had to think of one good thing I don’t think I can. The spinach dip was terrible! I told the manager that I talked with that it tasted like it came out of a jar. She actually said to me it comes out of a bag. Which is even worse! I wrote to the company and never heard back.

I’m not sure why I expected today to be any different. This is the potato and gluten-free bun burger that was served to me. While I understand that gluten-free buns often crumble more easily, this one was hard as a brick, and the potato tasted as if it had been prepared much earlier in the day. Since it was a to-go order, I didn’t have the time or energy to return to the store. I have no more words. Well at least The burger patty was decent.

I ordered to-go about an hour before I went. I set the time and got there about 5 minutes before the order was to be ready. I waited 20 minutes to get my order. I was not impressed with the wait time BUT the server was nice and kept letting me know the order would be up soon. When the order came up it was hot and correct. The taste was good. I ordered the Burbon Glazed Salmon dinner and will order it again. Overall satisfied.

Insanely slow service. The host was less than professional or attentive. Waitress was slow to bring out food & did not initially bring silverware, then carried out a bundle in her armpit. Not sanitary. Table was visibly dirty. The restaurant was not even at 1/3 capacity. Do better.

Don’t do it! Run! And if you see anyone else going in there stop them. Only good thing is chicken tenders. And for that price you can just get it from Chick-fil-A for cheaper. Whoever cooks the food definitely doesn’t eat it. Lived in Orangeburg for 8 years now and now I know why I or no one goes there. The staff is nice but they can’t make up for the terrible food, overused old tacky plastic cups. I spent my hard earned money for terrible food. I could have brought from the frozen section of the grocery store for way less and taste better. This heartbreak I will not forget.

Usually I dont do this for the Ruby Tuesdays in Orangeburg, but I am actually SHOCKED at how amazing last night’s dinner turned out! My wife and I decided to try it, after not eating here for years, for our anniversary! The Waiter and the Cooks did a Fantastic Job! The General manager also made sure to impress us! I Ordered the Steak, Rib and Shimp Combo and she ordered the Chicken and Brocolli Pasta! The ribs where Fall off the BONE, and the steak and chicken were seasoned to PERFECTION! We will definitely be coming back again next week! Thanks again for the quality service and night to remember!

Not sure if they were short staffed but it was bad bad.. We were seated after standing at the front for 5 minutes (not too bad) our server was sweet and took our order right away. Our appetizers came out after 25 minutes and our food took another 40 or so.. my husband got a burger, which was still warm and I got pasta, that was completely cold.. the breadstick was dry and plain (I guess they forgot the garlic butter) It was so cold I didn’t even eat (not risking sending it back and it take another half hour to reheat). Our waitress kept apologizing for the wait (I truly felt bad for the situation she was in) but at the same time the restaurant was almost completely empty. So im not sure why it took our food an hour to arrive to the table (we ordered our apps and main dish at the same time) it was 6:10 when we ordered and our food wasnt to the table until 7:07… the bathrooms were so dirty I turned around and walked out. My husband had to use the restroom and he was standing in pee puddles. The restaurant was overall very dirty. I wish I could say we would try eating here again.. but i most likely wont return. this was the first time I have almost walked out while waiting on food.. I hate that we wasted the only date night we’ll be able to have for a while, on such a bad experience..

We are from PA on our way to FL. We stayed in the area and had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Orangeburg, SC. What a nice bunch of girls there. Our initial waitress/ bartender was Sarah. She was delightful and her Sangria was superb! Very nice girl. So willing to help. Then, I went for the salad bar and there were no beets. Missy, went to look for more and even brought a dish of beets for me at my table!! She had the nicest smile and who does that!? Brings me a dish of beets! Wow! Impressive. We finished our day with Selina and we were just as impressed.
Thank you Ruby Tuesday. Great people!! At least, these three were exceptional.
