We went there on Friday to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we were greeted at the door and through our entire meal, the service was impeccable! Erica was our waitress and she was delightful. She had a beautiful smile and a super positive and sweet attitude. It was the kind of service that I always expect when I go to a restaurant but rarely get.The food was fantastic and I loved the new Shoreline Spritz Cocktail – it was so refreshing! It will be my go to drink at Red Lobster so please keep it on the menu!! For lunch I had Surf & Turf (upgraded to the filet) – it was cooked perfectly and so tender. My dad had King Crabs which is why we went there in the first place – he loves them so much! My husband was very happy with his Lobster Fest Boil (it looked wonderful). With service and food like this, we will be back!

I sat at the bar and it was pretty busy but the bartender handled it very well. I hope I remembered his name correctly. I think his name was Nelson. Great service! My lobster flatbread was sooooooooooo good and they were not stingy with the meat. I hadn’t been to red lobster in many many years so I wanted to ease into the menu. I had the Tito’s spiked lemonade and it did the job.

I love red lobster and its always tasted good and never had issues with it but on Friday I got the lobster bisque and shrimp and lobster linguine and in under than 30 mins later my stomach began hurting and I ended up sick not long after eating. Robert the waiter was very nice and on top of everything but as far as food I didnt eat my remaining food and ending up throwing it out because I didnt want to get sick again so I feel like I wasted my money. I don’t think I’ll be back

Exceptionally poor restaurant. If you enjoy waiting for 90 minutes for your food and then being gaslit by your waitress and the manager about the wait time then you might enjoy it. Otherwise I would avoid this restaurant like the plague. Also fun feature- they will bring your appetizer after your main meal but still charge you for every dime!

We arrived at 5:30pm on Sunday March 1 for dinner. There were only a few tables occupied. However, I’m guessing due to lack of staff – we were asked to wait – which we did for 10-15 minutes. We were then seated. Waitress came and took drink order. She returned, set drinks down and asked if we were ready to order. I tried to order flounder dinner, baked potatoe and broccoli (nothing special). She replied that the restaurant was out of baked potatoes, broccoli and one other side. My husband then told her she had brought him unsweetened tea and he ordered sweet tea. He also asked if she was going to bring bread to our table. She replied that the restaurant was out of sweet tea and currently out of bread. REALLY???? At this point – we are wondering why the restaurant is even open? Truly disappointing to see what used to be a quality restaurant not have several common food items at dinner time. We won’t be back to this location.

When we arrived at Red Lobster we were told that they had to close unexpectedly because they did not have any hot water. My grandson was very disappointed initially because he wanted to try lobster for the first time to celebrate his 9th birthday. The manager, Carlene, felt so bad for him that she had an entire lobster cooked especially for him and even added fries. This made my grandson’s day!!!! We will definitely be back soon! Usually enjoy going out to Red lobster but tonight makes me question if I ever want to visit this location ever again. Justin is the least desirable waiter my husband, his family and I have had in a very long time. He seemed upset to even be working, much less dealing with our party of 6. Asked us for our drinks, never asked if we wanted appetizers (which we normally order some, passed this time). Never asked about refills, a separate server had to tell him, time passed and and my mother in law had to get up to ask him, by then we were nearly done with dinner. Just appalled by the way we were treated. Normally even with a decent waiter we tip heavily, he missed time and time again. Bear in mind he had two tables and at most 2-3 people at the bar at a time, he’d rather gab away than do his job. If you hate it that much just say so and find another. For a restaurant that charges nearly $30-$50 per meal, we expected better but should have set that expectation lower so we weren’t so disappointed. Do better Red lobster.

My husband and I very rarely go out to eat. I must say that on this particular occasion I was a little down. I walked into Red Lobster and my waitress Kim introduced herself. Inventory was running low but Kim found a way to advertise the good things on the menu rather than dwell on what they did not have. She was full of charm, patience and charisma. Her service was extraordinary. Thank you Kim for great food and great service.
