We make our pizza the same way they do in Naples Italy, the birthplace of pizza.
With cheese made fresh each day in house, an imported Caputo 00 flour, and tomatoes from Italy as our base for our pizzas, our pizzas taste the same as those on the streets of Naples today.

We ate here two nights and the first was better than the second, primarily due to the service. Our staff member on the first visit was more attentive, friendlier and on top of his game. The second night the staff member was forgetful, did not check-back with us and just lacked the attitude we would expect. The food with mixed reviews, the meatballs on both nights were great, large and tasty as well as the bruschetta bread. The chicken parmesan was a good size but was over cooked and a little tough. The second night we also tried the pizza, and it was good, but it was definitely not best we have had. Still, we would eat here again, we would just make different choices. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, and we the weather was perfect for dining outside both nights.

On call they mentioned a wait of 15-20 minutes. When we reached in 10 minutes, there was no wait. This was dinner on Tuesday, Thanksgiving week. Garlic bread and the cheese roll appetizer dish were good. The pizzas were wood baked, 4 vegetarian options. The pizza dough does not contain eggs. Mushroom pizza was the best, the artichoke was meh. Large seating area.

Great place for groups. Tons of seating. Large dining area inside. The outside area is almost as large with shade covering and misters. Cosy little bar tucked into the corner. We had no wait time and our server took our orders quickly. Watching the pizza oven was fun. Lots of options for topping variations. Easy dining!

We stopped here after a long day of hiking and enjoying a delicious meal! Our waitress was fantastic, food was amazing, and the wait wasn’t too bad! We opted to sit outside due to the noise level inside and still enjoyed our evening. It was hard to pick just one meal so we shared 3! When we revisit Moab, we will be sure to stop here again. Make sure to order a pizza!

We went during the low season at lunch. Their pizza dough is clearly good and they made a decent pizza, but its clear that at least during the low season a lot is taken straight from the freezer. The chicken parm sandwich in particular was not passable as food. Soggy, bland, and from a dirty panini maker. The fries were also soggy and not cooked enough and clearly straight from the freezer. The pizza itself as also a bit soggy, a sign of cold ingredients that were wet from defrosting too fast. Not good.

The line is insane- pro tip- if you’re open to sitting at the bar, do that to save time! It’s a popular spot, highly recommend!

I love the pizza here. It is very much in Napoli/Neapolitan style, with a thin base, fluffy crust, and premium toppings. An hungry adult can fairly easily eat a whole pizza of this style. And I’m guessing that’s where the less than perfect reviews here stem from. With each person getting a pizza, drink, tax, and tip, you are spending $35+ per person on pizza. Now I feel the meal was absolutely worth that, so much so that we came back a second time on our 4 day Moab trip.

Lives up to the hype! The pizza was so delicious – the crust is thin and the sauce cheese were so tasty! We got a limonata and an Italian cream soda, which were both delicious! Definitely recommend stopping here if you are in Moab!

The food here is very good. The pizza was perfect. Thin crust with a light sauce and fresh basil that was delicious. My best and arugula salad was also great. The casual vibe disguises some excellent cooking! Nice beer selection!

This locations pizza dough is very good. But they don’t seem to care about cross contamination. I ordered 2 vegetarian pizza’s and I wanted it to be clean cut. They said to me okay. I saw two pieces of meat near my pizza. That is not acceptable. Additionally, waiter seemed rude.
