Used a voucher for 3 VALUE pizzas and 3 sides for $31.99. First they questioned the pick up option which was clearly printed on the voucher, then they said I couldn’t have 2 drinks as my sides even though the sides were clearly MARKED as bread or 1.25l drink. After this they said one of my options WASN’T a value item even though it was listed as value item on their website. On top of all this instead of PUSHING door to get out with 3 pizzas, garlic bread and 2 x 1.25 bottles I had to juggle everything while I PULLED the door open. This is why I NEVER go to dominos they make you offers you have almost no chance of getting and every time you go there there is always an argument over what’s what. Go to CRUST instead it’s a far superior product and none of the hassle

I specifically ordered vegorama pizza, large and asked for pizza without onion & garlic. As I opened the box it had onion & garlic. And it was not large in size was cut unevenly so looked like someone has taken piece out of it.
I’m adding pictures to prove my statement. Please pardon my honesty. I’m not impressed or happy with an eye for detail in matter of cooking. Had to call the store to find out where was my delivery as it showed it’s been delivered.
I’m a tourist here & chose Domino’s pizza over other pizza stores. Feels I’ve been ripped off, no value for money.
Ps. I have even given tip to appreciate the hard work. Waiting for your reply.

We have literally almost never come to this restaurant without there being a mistake with our order. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and before leaving thought to quickly check. To our (not) surprise, both were the totally wrong pizza. We went back in to complain and then reluctantly told us they would remake our pizzas and there would be a 10 minute wait. Whilst waiting for our correct pizzas, 2 more customers came in complaining with the wrong order. The staff were dismissive, immature and careless which was disappointing to see and after waiting for our order to be corrected, we came home to see they AGAIN made one of our pizzas incorrectly giving us the wrong base. There needs to be a retraining of staff, I can’t imagine how much food is wasted with their mess ups.

Its a very bad experience after ordering a Panner pizza they delivering beef in the food …… Don’t know what they wanna pretend to be ….. And if you complaint it is normal to them …… No quality …..No hygiene same gloves…… And they are delivering dominoz ….. Yak

Ordered loaded pepperoni with a few extras. Looks like I got normal pepperoni. This happens regularly. The constancy just isn’t there.
Also, I was told it would take 15min, I got back to the store 13mins later and they hadn’t even started to make it (seemed like quiet night).
I phoned the store and was offered another pizza to be sent out (which didn’t work for me) and also told I could do a google review instead of talking to the manager?
So here’s the review! 50% more pepperoni? Do you only get 1-1.5 pieces of pepperoni/piece on the non-loaded version??? Classic case of – looks nothing like the photo on the website/photo.

Ordered 5 pizzas and 4 sides for a lot of kids on Sunday.
The guys behind the counter – the manager and Matilda were pumping out pizzas so fast and had my order ready for the kids in no time.

Update 2018 October: Had a great vegan pizza tonight. Great staff and was ready under 15 minutes. I would advise a couple of fixes needed for the menu online.
1. I can’t add extra toppings online only in person or on phone?
2. You need to order extra toppings with the spice veg trio. If you don’t the toppings are just very minimal and given it’s vegan you need extra veg or extra vegan cheese.
3. Vegan cheese is really good.
4. Perhaps add a new vegan pizza and add Capsicum, olives, pineapple etc.
5. Pizza base are a little small, Dominos need wider pizzas but you get what you pay for.
Really happy with the staff though.
