My friend wanted the cupcake pancakes since the IHOP in Monroe Mi has closed. I hadn’t eaten at one of these for years so I decided to eat here. While my friend loved her cupcake pancakes, I really didn’t enjoy the egg Benedict since it was not even average for all the different ones I have eaten over the years. I had to get a diet Pepsi because they don’t have Coke.

Service was friendly but just average. Since it wasn’t busy since we were there for a late lunch.

I don’t know if I will be back.

Ordering delivery from this location has proven to be inconsistent, but today’s experience was an unequivocal failure.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for German crepes and hash browns. The crepes arrived completely burnt—so severely overcooked that they were inedible and had to be discarded immediately. The hash browns were saturated in oil to the point that they were unappetizing. While I was able to blot some of the excess grease with paper towels, the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable.

There appears to be a significant lapse in quality control. If I had been dining in, I would have returned the meal without hesitation. With delivery, however, customers do not have that option. It is deeply disappointing to feel as though the standards for food quality decline simply because the order is leaving the premises and cannot be easily sent back.

Although I received a credit for the burnt crepes, delivery fees and gratuity are not refunded—meaning I incurred additional costs for a meal that was ultimately thrown away. That is not an acceptable outcome for any customer.

This experience reflects poorly on the establishment and inevitably causes customers to question whether they should order again—either for delivery or dine-in. I strongly urge management to review its food preparation and quality control processes with the kitchen staff. No establishment should serve food in the condition I received today. The level of disappointment is significant.

This was the worst steak I ever had. I didn’t want to upset my mom but I’m never coming here again. Very bd for $20.00 dollars . The mashed potatoes were great broccoli was ok. I hope my dog eats it because that is were it’s going too.

Started coming here for the 6 dollar meal deals are a decent value and good quality. Service is fine. No real complaints. Their points program can get you free pancakes which is nice. However their regular menu prices on things seem pretty high.

We left a different ihop (Dearborn) that was not busy but also not seating customers. Came to the Livonia location and was immediately greeted, seated, order taken and fed in little to no time. Our waitress, Kam, was great! Sweet personality and attentive. Food was delicious.

This restaurant is disappointing. We ordered lunch for delivery of which the food was inedible. Burnt. Disgusting.

I am positive the individual cooking my meal certainly would not want to eat it. What a complete waste of my hard earned money. I will not be back in person or ordering from you again.

I sincerely hope you get your act together. I’ve never ordered from an IHOP and received food like this. You should be ashamed of the staff who cooked and packaged this meal. Disgusting!!

OMG!! If i could give more starts I would. Food was 10/10 & service was as well. Our server was Kam she was the best she got our order in and out fast she gave excellent customers service and the chef was top tier. The food tasted like it was from a 5 star restaurant. I had the sirloin tips w/onions and they were so tender and juicy. I hope did not disappoint

This location is great! I love the service and the food, whether carried out, dine in, or delivered, is great. Today I was extremely disappointed in my chicken fajita omelette. This was given when I requested egg white instead of standard eggs and no Serrano pepper. I was unable to go back to get it fixed but this was completely unacceptable.
