Decided to try out Buffalo Wild Wings last minute with a friend and dinner was a 5 star ⭐️ for me drinks & food came out fast. Customer service was so sweet! And loved watching the sports games on the big screens. Family friendly will definitely be coming back here with my whole family and friends!

I’ve lived in Rialto my entire life and have been coming to this location for years, so it’s truly disappointing to see how far the quality has dropped. I placed an online order earlier today and scheduled the pickup for 7:00 PM. When I arrived home — just 15 minutes away — I was shocked at the condition of the food.
Both large wedges of fries were extremely hard, dry, and overcooked to the point of being inedible. I’ve ordered from this same location many times over the years, and never once have the fries come out like this. I know some might assume it’s because of the drive home, but that’s absolutely not the case. The fries were clearly left sitting for too long or cooked far in advance of my scheduled pickup time.
To make things worse, even the wings were overcooked and dry, which made the entire meal disappointing and unenjoyable. My family and I were really looking forward to dinner, and it’s frustrating to have spent our hard-earned money on food that was clearly not prepared with care or attention.
I strongly believe the staff prepared the order too early and let it sit under a warmer until pickup, which completely ruined the food’s quality. When someone places an order ahead of time for a specific pickup time, that order should be freshly made close to that time, not hours earlier.
After years of coming to this location, this experience was enough for me to say that I will not be returning again. I hope management or corporate sees this and takes action to ensure customers receive the quality and service that this location used to be known for.
Recommendation: Do not waste your money here, and if you do place an order, do not schedule it ahead of time, because it’s clear that this store does not take proper care to time orders or serve fresh food anymore.

This place is popping. Sound system is incredible. You can literally HEAR the crack of the bat during a Dodgers game.

Came here for the first time to try a Buffalo Wild Wings , unfortunately it was not a good experience, we sat at 720pm and our salad arrived at 817pm and our wings at 838pm very long waits for refills and our waiter was not available to assist we had to ask other servers for help. Anyways , I gave it a chance for the first time, not coming again. Habanero wings were good tho.

Wings are as usual good to eat. Although it lacked a description of what flavor wings I ordered on the plate. So I was just guessing when choosing wings to try. Waited 25 mins for staff to acknowledge that different parties were waiting to be seated in the Host area just to be told there’s a 30 mins wait due to the kitchen being backed up. While waiting to be acknowledged staff walked around looking at the crowd form in the front without getting someone to help. We had to ask the Take Out area if we were going to be seated. Very frustrating.

Absolutely disgusting establishment from the host to the servers. The bartender speaking spills a drink all over my sister from the start. We’re a party of 8, with over a 2 hr wait, okay that’s understandable but the first situation was in fact the cocktail! This establishment is in fact atrocious in every darn way. We’ve been waiting for over an hr and a half still nothing but whispers and a waiter that we have to find. Just to be told 20 more minutes after the hr and a half! Their not cooking and definitely not cleaning and the managers Brian and Brittney have absolutely no idea how to manage. The food just arrived and it freaking cold. Just shut this piece of trash down already. I refuse to eat this trash because now it looks like I can definitely be poisoned by salmonella! I’m out of here

Very slow service as far as how fast the food is coming out of the kitchen. Usually it is quick when the place opens, but this time around a lunch order of wings took 25 mins to come out, and another 20-25 mins for any to go orders as small as an order of onion rings.
Wont be coming back, specially during lunch.
