Texas Roadhouse usually has top-tier service, and this visit was still a pleasant experience overall, just with a couple hiccups. When we were first seated, the music was extremely loud to the point our server had to basically yell for us to hear each other. I hadn’t experienced it that loud before, but it seemed like they were running an event. The volume went up and down while we were there; at first it was overwhelming, but it improved after the first round.
On the positive side, our food came surprisingly fast, faster than I’ve ever received it there. The ribeye was cooked perfectly. My prime rib, however, was clearly not medium rare. Before our server had a chance to come back, a manager stopped by (which I appreciated), was friendly, and offered to replace it immediately with no hassle. The new steak came out quickly and was exactly right.
Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it, professional, kind, and quick, made it a great experience overall. Thank you, Texas Roadhouse, for consistently taking care of your customers.

I ate here for dinner on 11/13. I sat the bar and the service was excellent! I ordered the 16oz Fort Worth Ribeye (cooked to Medium) with loaded baked potatoe and had house salad (not pictured). The food was amazing and the service was excellent when they were busy!

We really had an amazing experience last Sunday for lunch. There was a line waiting to get in. The service was great. We were seated quickly. The food was amazing and such a great value! Everyone had leftovers because the portions were so large. We dug into our food quickly so that’s why the photos look half eaten!

Loud and crowded but fun. The staff was nice and the tables clean. The food was good but not accurately made to order. Got a well-done steak instead of med. I normally wouldn’t care or judge, but this place takes pride in making steaks and making them exactly the way you want them. So it was a bit disappointing. Corn is rom a can and the salad from a bag. Nothing made fresh, except the steaks it seems.

Ate dinner and had drinks with my girlfriend, everything with pretty good other than the steaks were not what we wanted, I asked for medium rare and got medium well. That was the only issue we had but waiter and food was very good.

We have to carry out. We were from out of state arrived on a busy Friday night orders it through their website. Staff was awesome store was super clean and the food was amazing. The ribs fell off the bone the beef tips were to die for and the sweet potato was excellent the salad was so crunchy and fresh I highly recommend this was so good we will be back and the rolls were so yummy

I have been here a few times this year and have had a great dining experience each time. I arrived by myself, waiting to meet my relative and we always sit at the bar. The servers have a basket of buns and my drink order before i even sit down. The employees make you feel very welcome.
I have had the filet, ribeye, and prime rib. All were good, i would say the prime rib was the best of the three. The sides were all delicious, the drinks and service were top notch.
You should know (if you have never been here before) this place is a lively and loud eating establishment. It is not a place to go for a quiet dinner. My only complaint is that the parking lot is always very full and parking is a pain. However, that is because this place keeps busy because it is good!

Even though it was a weeknight just after 5 there was a wait so we chose to have a seat at the bar. It was only us and one other gentleman at the bar. The bartender stood in front of us the entire time until our entree cane out and kept recommending options even after our order was placed. Food was good, but overall service experience was not great.

went there friday evening. very busy of course but still got served in a timely manner, can’t complain about that. our server was a sweet girl but our biggest complaint would be on her hygiene. her finger nails had dirt under all of them. you could visibly see the black under her nails. she was also covered in what looked like cat hair. it really put us off when you think about it because she was directly working with our food.
as for the food, it was good BUT we found hair in our food twice. two different plates had hair in it. we could not finish.

Definitely recommend reservations. It was a Friday night, we had them, arrived 5 minutes prior to our notified 30 minutes and still had a 15 min wait.
