I recently ordered a pizza from Domino’s on Industrial Boulevard in Edina, and unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with both the quality and the experience. First, the chicken topping was really lacking—there were only about two small pieces of chicken per slice, which made the pizza feel incomplete. On top of that, the pizza was really skimpy on the sauce, leaving it tasting dry.
I understand they only had one staff member working, but that shouldn’t affect the quality of my order. Regardless of the staffing situation, as a paying customer, I expect my pizza to be made properly. Hopefully, they can address these issues and improve going forward.

My pizza said it was being prepared for an hour and I get it’s Friday and Halloween so I just called to get an update. I was put on hold for 15 min for the gentleman to come back to the phone and say “use the app, we don’t have time” and hung up. I understand being busy but how unprofessional and rude. Went to the store so I could cancel order. Lots of employees working you’d think making a pizza wouldn’t be that difficult.

We placed 2 separate big orders of 4 different types of pizzas online (we were told that’s the trick to not overwhelm the business especially if it’s over 20 boxes – divide it up into 2 separate pick ups so roughly 10 and 10). Great advice!! It worked smoothly and the pizzas were ready right at pick up time. Great staff, pizzas, timing. Highly recommend this location!

I didn’t realize this Domino’s was so close to my house. I ordered over the phone. I didn’t check the website for deals so I asked the gentleman that answered the phone. He told me the deal of the day and was very courteous and respectful. When I picked it up, it was still hot and all of the workers were respectful and courteous. I will go back to this one again!!!

Price was on point when ordering through the app. Got back to hotel after Sunday night Vikings game, ordered here, felt bad due to being 30 minutes from closing time but prices and quality at Vikings stadium definitely show corporate greed with the masses. Pizza came out amazing, quick, accurate. Andrew nailed it and he still had a lot of energy. Great experience.

I will never eat here again…… ordered pizza today and right before I took a bite I noticed a Thumb tack baked into my pizza. Luckily I saw it before eating the pizza. Talk to a manager and got nothing more than an unapologetic “sorry”. Will never be back. Here. Check your food carefully

I live a couple miles away and they always have great service. Fast, hot, usually delivered to my door.
This round was not great since we didn’t get jalapeños on our pizza. Pepperoni, jalapeño and pineapple (on the right side) is usually our go-to, but this time we added sausage and didn’t receive jalapeños on it, unfortunately.

I’m always happy with my order! I do choose pickup, because I think that pizza that’s been in the box for longer than 20 minutes tastes weird? Anyway, I track the order’s progress on the website and time my arrival for as close to it coming out of the oven as possible.
The shop and people are great! I’m always greeted and assisted quickly. If it’s not too busy, we can chat or joke for a minute, which I enjoy. I go frequently enough that they know me so that’s a plus.
Only drawback I would note is that the lobby is very small and if there are more than 3 people in there it can feel hectic and crowded. But I’m a bit claustrophobic, so that’s not the shop’s fault.

the food was good and my wings were crispy instead of mushy compared to other dominos. pasta was really good too and the garlic bites were also crunchy!
