I ordered sirloin steak with eggs but they gave me my order with a piece of plastic cooked in it. The eggs and pancake were old and cold. The workers were dirty and they were not wearing gloves nor hairnets. I want my money back.

January 17 2:17 pm: Calling to place an order and I can hear this lady laughing on the phone. I called twice and twice she hung up on me. I ended up going in to place my order. The place is filthy. Very tight. They were talking and never acknowledged me till I waved at them.

Great spot for the classic IHOP experience. Food prepared excellently and service was top notch. Our server was on top of things. He was super friendly. Total was budget friendly, for the two of us with a side around $21.00. We plan to stop again.

This used to be the best IHOP location, but unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill. On my recent visits, the food tasted like it had been precooked and simply reheated. I experienced this the last time I came and decided to give it another chance, but it was disappointing again.
I guess next time I’m craving IHOP, I’ll make the drive to the Rockaway Blvd location, even though this one is within walking distance from my home.

Food is really good but the servers didn’t gave us any ketchup or sauce, they took our order after a long time. They were focused on other tables who were not brown, because they got everything right away. I felt the servers ignored us because we are Bangladeshi and thought we couldn’t afford the place… though the servers were working hard I felt ignored.

This is the 6th time me and my family went to Jamaica IHOP restaurant same same and same the worst experience. This one is nearby my house that’s why every time we go there, but the worst thing is First of all, you have to wait almost 45 minutes then someone will come and take your order and the worst part is You have to wait on almost like an hour to pay your bills. Finally, not only me my table, my back table, front table each in every Customer have to take their bill go to the register and pay. Very uncomfortable unprofessional no name tag that’s it.. Long Island IHOP is the best. Please people don’t go to Jamaica IHOP.

Great service. The waitress Dawn was very friendly and attentive. Always checking on our table and very knowledgeable about the menu.
The food is so yummy! And very good portions for what you pay.
They offer free refills on sodas which is a plus now days.

Gotta experience the IHOP breakfast if you’re here in the states . Although service and atmosphere is of a deli so rushed and hectic , there food compensates for it. They’re famous for all their items but special mentions would be their buttermilk pancakes . Really tasty, wholesome food and at a great value too !

One of the Best breakfast experience’s I’ve ever had. Pancakes was delicious, eggs and im fries was the same and the staff checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere was friendly and cleanliness was up to par. Definitely would recommend this I-Hop and would come back for future service
