I regularly go to this Red Lobster location on 296 N University Drive in Pembroke Pines with my boyfriend,we usually go around lunchtime 1pm to 3pm which in my opinion is the best time,because it’s never crowded.
Our waitress was Ashley,she was excellent so friendly,greeted us with a smile and checked on us and the food to see if we needed anything.
To start out my boyfriend asked for his favorite Red Lobsters Cheddar biscuits,which in our opinion no other restaurant has been able to duplicate the delicious taste of Red Lobsters they are in a league of their own.
The biscuits were great as usual they came out hot ,moist and tasty.
I ordered my stable,Walt’s Fried shrimp,Baked Potato and Coleslaw,the shrimp were cooked perfect,not hard,they had the perfect amount of coating,were a decent size and delicious.
I chose tartar sauce instead of cocktail sauce with my shrimp.
Red Lobster has the best tasting tartar sauce of any seafood restaurant I have been to before,it’s sweet and not bitter.
I prefer sweet tasting tartar sauce over the tart ones.
The baked potato came out cooked perfect and hot along with sour cream and butter.
My boyfriend ordered his staple Lobster,Shrimp on a stick and Salmon, his sides were loaded mash potatoes and hush puppies.
The presentation of his plate looked awesome,his food came out very hot,you could actually see steam coming from his food,he said his salmon was not dried out and it was seasoned to perfection.
I tried some of his lobster tail,and grilled shrimp and it was good.
The loaded mash potatoes and hush puppies was good tasting as well.
During our visit the manager was so nice,he came to our table to ask us how we were doing and if the food was good.
That was a nice touch to our experience,we will be continuing to visit Red Lobster as we always have a great experience with the staff,and food is served hot and delicious.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Red Lobster so i decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. That was the only positive thing about my experience there. Our server her name was, “Elizabeth” though she did an ok job serving. She was very unfriendly, I must have thanked her atleast 10 times but never once did i get a response, and there was eye contact too. She was actively ignoring us even when I tried to waved at her politely. It got so bad that i had to leave my chair to get her attention. Manager please check your camera to confirm. She never once spoke to us besides asking for our orders. As you can see i spent over $115.00 for this lunch. I believe that she must had some preconceived notion about us to treat us this way. We were always cordial and polite. On top of that i still tipped her in cash 20%. All I can say is that I’M NEVER COMING BACK

We have tried this location multiple times this past year and I cannot recommend. The restaurant is dark and gloomy. You can smell damp dung smell. The food is very mediocre and for the price you can really get better seafood anywhere. On my last visit we barely touched the food and left very dissatisfied.

I had such an amazing experience at Red Lobster thanks CC! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect our drinks were always refilled, the food came out just right, and she checked on us at all the right times without ever being overbearing.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. She made the entire dining experience feel welcoming and enjoyable.

Erika, our waitress, was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious, served piping hot, and quickly. The staff sang happy birthday and wrote it on the dessert, which added a sweet touch. Highly recommend this location for delicious food, good service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Stopped in for lunch at Red Lobster this past Thursday and had an amazing experience! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—definitely top-tier Red Lobster quality.
