The Flora-Bama Yacht Club is a legendary restaurant in Orange Beach, Alabama. You can come by boat, car, paddleboard, float… as long as you get here. We are known for our original menu items and local seafood. There is something for almost everyone. Our award winning Chefs and the friendly staff make every dining experience fun. Google shows temporarily closed, but I was here on Jan. 2nd, 2026 and they were certainly open. Busy bar, they could use another bartender even in the not so off season. I was surprised by how good the food was! Got the oyster sampler, which wasn’t listed on the main menu??? My wife had the flatbread and it was good too. Ice cold beer and well prepared food. What more could you ask for?

Flora-Bama Yacht Club is an absolute gem and easily our favorite place to pull up after a long day on the water. We came in after a full day of fishing and had them cook our catch — highly recommend getting it Greek style! It was honestly some of the best fish we’ve ever had.
The vibe is unbeatable — laid-back, fun, and right on the water with killer views. It’s got that perfect dive bar feel with cold drinks, great music, and friendly staff who know how to keep the good times rolling.
Whether you’re coming in by land or sea, this place is a must-stop. Classic Perdido Key charm and right on the Florida-Alabama state line — doesn’t get better than that!

If you are looking for an adult hangout spot and like the party type scene, this place is for you! We were there for dinner and it was super packed (waited an hour for a table) and then another hour for food…. Oysters came out quick but other food took longer than expected. Our kids had to witness HIGHLY intoxicated people coming into the bar area( located in the center of the dining area) one in which vomited right next to them, when she sat down at a table beside us. All happening where adults and kids were walking around barefooted up from the beach area. Glad we got the experience of coming. Maybe lunchtime would be a better option for a better experience. But HEY! The sunset view was stunning!

Stopped here for lunch on our last beach day after it was recommended to us. So glad we did! April was our server and she made great recommendations for us from drinks to the crab cakes, and we enjoyed the Ahi Tuna nachos. The tuna was fresh and delicious. Great spot for kids and felt lovely even on a Wednesday at noon. Thanks April!

We were highly suggested to eat here by a friend. They weren’t wrong!!! The food was delicious. I highly recommend the crab cakes. The outdoor atmosphere is nice. They had a live duet singing which added to the experience. The only thing they could do better is the chicken in the blackened chicken penne didn’t taste like fresh cut chicken. The pasta and sauce however were delicious.
