This spot is an absolute gem, seriously, you get way more bang for your buck here than anywhere else. The portions are incredibly generous (they don’t skip on anything, especially the shrimp!), and the food is fresh, flavorful, and just hits the spot every time.
Compared to Panda Express at similar prices, I’d pick this local place hands down. Supporting a family owned business that actually cares about quality and quantity feels so much better not counting every little piece here!
The restaurant is always spotless, with plenty of open seating even when it’s busy. There’s a steady crowd, which is a great sign, and the server is always in a happy mood. they’re quick to refill your drink before you even ask too.
Hands down the best Chinese food in Madera. Highly recommend, don’t sleep on this one!

My son stopped in Madera on his way home from Fresno and picked up some pork chow mein, orange chicken con rice delicious! Need to have an Amazing Kitchen in Turlock would easily be best Chinese food in town.

We came for a late dinner on a Thursday, not a busy night so we got our food pretty quickly and dined in. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. I’m not sure where other reviewers said that the food was greasy or under seasoned. The only greasy item we received was the pot stickers which we dabbed down with a napkin but otherwise they were good.
Meat and dumpling plates were tender and juicy, my stir fried green beans were crisp and crunchy. The chow main noodles had excellent flavor and the pork fried rice was chefs kiss. My husband’s fried won tons according to him were some of the best he has had in the valley.
With the exception of the pot stickers I have no complaints. The servings were very generous and we literally had leftovers for another meal or two. Their prices are also very competitive with other similar restaurants and the food is as good as the places I used to eat at in and around the bay area. 10/10 will eat here again.

Amazing choice for dine in or take out. Prices are great especially for the huge portions. Orange chicken is delicious. Salt and pepper wings are crispy and flavorful. Friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints and will be a repeat customer.

Very clean and cute little place. The staff is kind and attentive! The food was good, very hot. My only complaint is that it was the least saltiest Chinese food I’ve ever had lol a little more season would go a long way! We enjoyed our visit, and definitely plan to return!

Overall the food was just ok. We ordered broccoli beef, fried shrimp, orange chicken, bacon fried rice and garlic chicken. Broccoli beef didn’t really have any flavor, bland, needed way more salt and ginger. Beef texture was rather odd. Fried shrimp was soggy, not crispy, and really didn’t have much shrimp in it, was mostly batter. The orange chicken was ok, soggy and not crispy, needed salt. The bacon fried rice wasn’t really good, no seasoning and bland. The garlic chicken was probably the best. As a note, everything is a la carte, so you don’t get any rice or noodles with main dishes. If you are in the area, China Kitchen by Food-4-Less is a way better option.

I personally find the fried rice to be seasoned perfectly. It is neither too salty nor too bland, but just right. The noodles are also quite crispy. It will be my leftovers tomorrow.

I placed the order over the phone. The lady was very rude and not helpful when I asked for suggestions. Poor service. Food tasteless. Vegetables weren’t fresh tasted like canned. The egg foo Yung was too thick and tasted sour. Orange chicken over cooked dry hardly any sauce. Rice had no flavor. Prices are reasonable and plates were big but food wasn’t very good. Tasted bland and over cooked.

So delicious! I didn’t even order from here my friend brought me a plate this evening and now I’m obsessed. I live in Fresno but will be taking the drive with my family this week. I’ve been looking for a good Chinese place for so long! Rice was flavorful, the chow mein didn’t have a too much vegetables and again such a great flavor. The orange chicken was crunchy sweet and delicious! Loved it!
