I visited this McDonald’s recently and the experience was average. The service was disappointing — the person who brought my food to the table did not respond or even look at me when I thanked her twice. It felt very unfriendly. The atmosphere was fair (3/5), nothing special but functional.
On the positive side, the food was good. I really enjoyed the fries and the Double Filet-O-Fish I ordered (see picture).
Overall, the meal was fine, but the service needs significant improvement to make the experience more welcoming.

A Proud Parent
There latte machine has been down for over a month now. One of the employees told me they don’t know when it will get fix . If it wasn’t for that they would have gotten 5 stars.
I do like that this location had a playground for the little ones & customers can refill there own drinks.
Now they need to work on getting there latte machine fixed.
Our cashier today was very nice. Fries where fresh , service was good. Please just fix that machine

My kids asked me to leave a review to this McDonald’s. Because after a few terrible experiences at other locations, they loved this one.
The loved that it was clean, the play area for them was great and the food was delicious.

I’ve been here a few times and I don’t really bother to review fast food restaurants but I just have to reach out and say that your staff is fantastic and makes it worth going to this one! I get out of work late and sometimes cooking is more a hassle so I’ve come here on numerous occasions and every time I visit the night shift/overnight staff is super sweet. Forgive me there’s also a manager (?) there who has been super hospitable as well. I don’t remember her name but she has a heart either tattoo or makeup on her face, and everytime I see her I know we’ll be taken care of!

The entire staff is amazing. Always a good vibe when I walk or dance through the doors. Cheryl, Izzy, Circle, Sharell and ect have excellent customer service. Great team all around.

I came at 4am as an early morning snack not expecting much. The crew were all really kind and patient and definitely made the experience better. The food was also very pleasant and overall this was one of my best experiences I have ever had at mcdonald’s!

Always great service and fresh food here. Only complaint is sometimes the order is incorrect or we are missing items and I have to park every single time I go here I even if I order one meal. Other than that they are doing a great job!

Hands down the best Mcdonalds ive been to in a LOOOONGGG time!!! Valerie was sooo kind and sweet and got my ans my family’s orders perfect and we all had particular orders. Zillah informed me and instructed me on some perks i was unaware of as well. The playground and restaurant super clean and fully renovated. Totally recommend!

Every single employee seems happy, the food was somehow fantastic one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had definitely the best cheeseburger McDonald’s has ever made. And who I think is the manager has a real thick beard.it also is one of the very few McDonald’s that still has a play place.
