This was my first time dining at Cracker Barrel, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. Our server was friendly and bubbly at the beginning, but her demeanor changed noticeably once issues with our food were brought to her attention.
When our meals arrived, several items were missing. My son’s meal did not include the hash browns listed on the menu, and we were also missing a side of bacon. When I mentioned this, the server said she would place an order for the missing items. Shortly after, we realized my scrambled eggs were undercooked, with a wet, liquid center, and my son’s sausage was raw. When we explained this, she said she would “deal with it in a minute” and walked away before fully hearing everything we needed.
When the replacement eggs arrived, they appeared overcooked on the outside, as though they had been rushed on high heat. They were not overly busy and she had four tables she was serving. At that point, I chose not to bring up any additional requests. Overall, the food quality was poor, and the response to reasonable concerns felt dismissive and unprofessional by Mia.
This experience was not enjoyable, and sadly, it is not one that would encourage us to return

First time ever going to a Cracker Barrel, and quite frankly..whyyyy did I wait so long. This place is excellent. From the minute you walk through the front door! I won’t share many details because I dont wanna ruin the shock and awe of your first visit here. But i do highly recommend it! Also, the portions are huge. These 4 plates were just 2 meals. The price was just over 30 dollars. The food was delicious

This place is absolutely amazing! Whether you’re here for lunch or dinner, you’ll love the food, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe. I also enjoyed browsing through their store—it had some really adorable items you won’t want to miss. I picked up a cute little salt and pepper holder shaped like roosters. The mimosa was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. For three people, including drinks, an appetizer, and food, we spent around $100. Highly recommend this spot!

It’s a cracker barrel so it was exactly what I wanted. That chicken and dumplings hit so perfect. Service was fast and friendly. I love the throwback candy too. I don’t go here often but I am always happy when I do.

Wonderfully designed and decorated restaurant attached to a gift shop that runs Christmas music even in August when we visited! The gift shop carries loads of great and unique gifts and has a nostalgic atmosphere! We walked into the restaurant and the barrels and old appliances used for decoration was a wonderful touch and food didn’t disappoint us.
Southern chicken was so delicious, large portions and nicely served
Peppers and lemon fish was so flavorful
Baked apples were off the charts, amazingly delicious and as light as air yet very sweet

It’s always a wonderful experience, friendly and outgoing atmosphere. I just love their gift shop. So mary beautiful things to buy. A lot of great deals for Halloween at 50% off. Christmas is around the corner and all their beautifully lit decorations for Christmas that are for sale. Don’t forget to buy the Werthers Fall flavors buy one get the other for 50% off. I just couldn’t resist. I’m so happy they kept it everything the Hershel way. ❤️

Very friendly attentive service from the moment we walked in, both the hostess and waitress were great. Food was good and the prices were wonderful. We had two meals there and bought two take home meals and it was less that $35 total for all four meals before tip.

We had another good meal here. Great atmosphere warm and cozy and clean. Love the big fireplace. I had Cheesecake pancakes w/ eggs and bacon. It was all good, pancakes were light and fluffy w/ fresh strawberries and sauce. Cheesecake cream tastes like real Cheesecake. Bacon was warm and crispy. Eggs cook just how I ordered.
Wife had pancakes eggs over easy sausage paddy’s w/ fried apples that tasted like apple pie and sourdough toast. Everything was delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly.
