I have tried to order online several times for delivery. It tells me every single time that theres no stores in the area that deliver to where I live. I live in Riverside Trailer Park in New Richmond , and I see Domino delivery drivers out here all the time. Yet it cuts me off and wont let me order delivery. Either the sight needs to be upgraded or explain why I cant order delivery. Sucks

We ordered a gluten free pizza with ranch sauce, extra cheese, bacon, and premium chicken. We picked it up, never having had a problem before, didn’t check it until we got it home. We each took a piece and then noticed there was no chicken. Poor work people.

Well first things first whoever delivered my food did NOT have the Domino’s light on, on the top of their car, shut off all lights to their vehicle. Apparently was too impatient to wait for someone to get to the door, ended up throwing my food on the ground outside and drove off. I’m not very happy about this as it was my dinner on my driveway all over the place.

I’ve ordered from this location many times but have been disappointed my last couple orders. My pizza has been over baked. I’m not sure if the second time around was retaliation for using the free pizza they offered me from my first complaint or if they’re are so busy they’re not taking it out of the oven but I’m hoping for my money back this time. I paid for additional food and delivery, after all. We’ll see what customer support says..

Ordered at 4.47pm for carry out. Tracker immediately indicated that “heather” was prepping the order. I show up at 5pm to find out it is not even on the make line yet. I don’t care how busy they are, you do NOT acknowledge to the customer that the pizza is prepping when in fact it isn’t. That gives the customer a false sense that it should be ready soon. I immediately told them to cancel the order. That short girl (seems in charge) is snotty/rude, unapologetic.

Ordered online pepperoni pizza two Philly cheesesteaks sandwiches 1 hour 40 minutes go by. I have to cancel the order because the driver didn’t deliver Even though I spoke with the restaurant two times and they assured me that the driver is in my area along with the text messages that says the delivery driver is in my neighborhood. Apparently they messed up a pizza. That’s what I was told no far too many good establishments in new Richmond with better customer service

I’m not sure what happened, but I can’t get a good pizza from the New Richmond Dominoes anymore! Started around the start of 2025, maybe a little before. It’s always over cooked, short on cheese and sauce, and if you have it delivered, expect a cold pizza! Just bummed about it.
