Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. There was one little boy a few tables over that yelled and screamed the entire time. I was glad to leave as I was getting a headache from an entire 45 minutes of that. The mother had 2 other boys with her, and she never tried to quiet the screamer at all. I don’t fault the restaurant for that at all. But I do hope that family isn’t there the next time I go.
The food was cooked and presented fresh, hot and very tasty! My server was amazing. She stopped by several times to ask if I needed anything, but she wasn’t intrusive at all. My experience there was pleasant overall, so I’ll be back.

Service was a little slow. We stopped in around 7pm. There seemed to be 1 waitress, a manager and 1 cook.

Horrible service! The woman with with dimple piercing is very rude and the other staff isn’t great either. We can national pancake day and expected it to be busy so we understood having wait time and not having the fastest service. We were fine with the 20 minute wait although half of the restaurant wasn’t being used but what we didn’t expect was to be sat at a table and not spoken to for 40 minutes. We weren’t asked for our drinks or even greeted by a server til a woman I came with asked to order. The woman with piercing asked if we could be patient she is working with others and was coming over right now very rudely. My companion apologized and started ordering as the server now said she could take us and rolled her eyes. The woman didn’t write nor take our orders down just stare at us then later come back with a iPad to ask us again for our orders. She told my companion that the inlet combo came with two sides then charged her for a separate, she didn’t give me nor another friend our free pancakes and said she swapped them for the pancakes that come with our combo which didn’t make sense as one comes with the combo and one is for nationals pancake day. As we calmly asked about this she just barked at us that she said she would switch them. She then game he has browns instead of my pancakes and go upset when I told her I ordered pancakes. Overall the trip was horrible and I don’t believe I will be coming back to this place. Previously the woman with the tattoo over her eyebrow helped me and it was always wonderful but this pink haired woman was pure evil.

I ate here around 8 and i got greeted fast! My server which I forgot to get her name unfortunately but she had brown hair, she was AMAZING! She was so sweet and kind. There was another lady with pink hair and a hello kitty clip in her hair that chatted with me, she was amazing as well. My experience was wonderful, I got my food fast and it was yummy. Those two ladies deserve a raise!!

I’d come in by myself to enjoy a meal, but didn’t realize how much I’d enjoy the company of the server, Saige! Her customer service was amazing, and made sure my food came out promptly and correctly. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed at this establishment. I’d definitely have her as my server again!

I’m not going to mention any names but the waitress was rude, looked angry, no smile. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and the staff has always been superb. Today was the exception. I did not leave a tip for that reason. I will never come there again. I suggest that the manager speak to employees and discuss the importance of being polite and happy toward customers.

Nice clean but busy IHOP. Food was brought out quickly. Waitress was pleasant and quick. Coffee is a little strong, but our food was fresh. The steak was a little tough and not medium rare, like ordered.

Our group of Nextdoor ladies meets here every other Wednesday. They are so accommodating. We love our pancakes! Our waitress, Sho is wonderful. We always look forward to her being our waitress!

I had the bacon, eggs & cheese tacos. Not bad, just a little too much cheese sauce for me. Next time, I’ll order something else. The coffee was great, and the server was attentive and cheerful.
