This was genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever been if not the best. It tops Disney world and anything else you can think of except for another waffle house. The service is amazing and I know the staff and they know me. They know my order. I am met with smiles and the smell of food, I then leave with a smile on my face and food in my belly. The food is cheap and fast for amazing taste, this knocks IHOP and Dennys to the ground. I love this waffle house.

My wife and I went to Waffle House to have dinner and Jason the waiter simply ignored us didn’t give my wife time to put a full order in just a whole atmosphere sucked. The food was great. The service sucked sat there for 15 minutes waiting for Jason come over finally so I could pay for the meal. He kept ignoring us kept trying to get a refill on our drinks he needs to be either retrained or fired.
My wife and I are longtime customers of this particular waffle House. Never have we ever had service like this there before.

The people were friendly and I made a request and they took care of it with no problem you know when you change things up on the menu sometimes they get huffy but this little girl was just as sweet as she could be so the waffle House in Sylva was an enjoyable experience

Scott ,Christian and jovonni what absolutely incredible they made our experience so fun and because of it will be back it was supposed to be just a quick snack, but we stayed for an extra 15 minutes talking to them absolutely recommend my favorite waffle house and all of the Carolina. Their southern hospitality is amazing. You feel welcomed as soon as you come in the door I really cannot say how much I love this place after just one experience I took the time to do this review because of it. And oh my God, it hit the spot. Make sure Scott’s cooking.

Terrible experience. Was trying to be seated, helped by trying to stack previous customers plates and help their cleaning process and was asked to leave. My girlfriend was racially profiled… I was stacking the plates yet the lady yelled at her and threatened to call the cops. Yikes. Lady needs to be fired and never hired elsewhere. Probably not her first time either ♂️ what a racist, terrible human.

My friend was racially profiled by an employee at the Sylva Waffle House. She was waiting to be seated when a racist employee threatened to call the cops on her. The actions of this racist lady were beyond disgusting. She needs to be fired immediately and not hired anywhere else. DO NOT support businesses that condone racism.
