I’ve been to this location several times before, and while the food has always been good and consistent with other locations, nothing had ever truly stood out. Until today.
My wife and I stopped in for breakfast even though it wasn’t our first choice, fully expecting the usual experience. That completely changed when Justin L. came to take our order. I was hoping for something more lunch style than breakfast, and even though he said it might not be available at that time, he went out of his way to check and made it happen.
From that moment on, Justin delivered outstanding service. He checked on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and brought refills without us ever having to ask. In past visits, we often had to track down our server or request refills ourselves, but today felt effortless thanks to him.
Justin was attentive, proactive, and genuinely cared about our experience. He completely elevated our visit and turned what we expected to be an average meal into a memorable one. We truly got lucky having him as our server.
Thank you, Justin, for setting the bar so high for customer service. You made our day, and we hope management knows what a great asset they have in you!

FOOD: Food here can be very delicious or very bad depending on what you order (just like any other restraunt). I highly recommend their chicken, whether fried or grilled. I’ve never had such juicy chicken before, and I was pleasantly surprised. Their pancakes are also delicious and taste almost like cake! What I wouldn’t recommend, which I had on a previous visit not shown in pictures is their side breakfast items. Such as ham or sausage, last time it was charred and not tasty at all.
SERVICE: Our service has always been excellent, and I have no complaints.
ATMOSPHERE: If you love vintage, this is the place for you. If you’re expecting booths and privacy, maybe look somewhere else. There’s only chairs and tables set pretty close together. I would say it’s a bit alarming the amount of dust you can see in the ceiling, considering most customers happen to be elderly.

We are not usually picky, but were a little at breakfast. Everything was perfect and Angela’s service and personality could not have been improved upon. In a troubled world, we sure enjoyed the pleasant meal. Please do what you can to keep her and the good work.

We ordered door dash and when we received it we had the wrong entrees. I called the store and talked to the manager. He was so nice about everything…unlike some other local places…and he offered to remake our dinner (so it would be hot) and personally brought it to us. I can’t say enough good things about the mgr -I think his name was jimmy but I’m terrible with names-sorry. He truly went above and beyond to make us happy and keep us as customers.

We had a great visit. Got to sit by the fire place where it was warm and toasty. Food was great only thing my husband complained about was his side item of turnip greens was put on the plate instead of a bowl for dipping his corn bread.

Last time we went, our food came out at a timely matter. We ordered breakfast and everything tasted good. We come to this crackerbarrel often for it’s our favorite compared to the others around.

I’ve eaten at Cracker Barrel for many years at numerous locations. I hate to say this particular location was a bad experience. It was 42F, damp, cloudy and dark. Amazingly…no fire in hearth. The restaurant was cold and so was the food. The waitress seemed socially awkward. I wish I could say something good.

BEST TASTING FOOD IN ARKANSAS…. Is it possible that the chefs here at this location are the best in the south? I don’t know, but they definitely know what they’re doing! My grilled chicken tenders were blackened to perfection, capturing all that goodness without ruining the tenderness! My broccoli was steamed juuuuust right and my brown gravy kept all the secrets passed on through the generations! I recommend saving room for their ooooey, gooooey cinnamon rolls, MMMMHMMMM! Shout out to my waitress, Isabell Belle, for a job well done; by the book, but still with her own southern charm. Also a very special thanks to Ms Tracy, who’s leadership and professionalism must be just as wonderful as her infectiously bubbly smile as her team reflects such a high commitment to hospitality, customer service, and all around good business! Let’s see your stars!

My last trip to this cracker barrel. I noticed something odd looking about my strawberry cheesecake french toast when I picked up my to go order. When I pointed out the dryness and missing components, he nervously fixed the missing strawberry syrup and made excuses about the other. He said, “I had to flip it over into the tray, underneath there is a bunch of the cheesecake smeared.” I should have opened it up right there, but I didn’t follow my gut. When I got home, there was no cheesecake or anything on my burnt, hard corner piece. It was a dry, dark brown clump of bread. The best part of it was the strawberry syrup, that I was thankful I asked for, the rest was inedible. Waste of money
