Clean place, awesome staff, quick service. The food was good too with big portions. We had brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, green beans and Mac and cheese. The brisket was fresh and delicious, and the pulled pork was flavorful and not dry, very good. They also have 4 sauces, that are absolutely delicious. Make sure to try the Bourbon one and don’t be afraid to mix them together. Very good and will come back. Thank you!

Cute little spot with great BBQ! They have a Pick 2 Combo for $19.99: 2 meats 2 sides and garlic bread. The Ribs and Brisket were amazing! The pulled pork and turkey was good too! Everything has great flavor. Wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw or Mac and cheese but the meats were exactly what I was looking for. And the garlic bread was delicious! Will be back soon.

First time visiting this restaurant but definitely not the last. The dining area is large enough for any size party and the servers friendly. Food was tasty and plentiful for the price. Only negative in my opinion were the plastic ware, limited (2) bbq sauce options and music was a bit loud. Nothing that would keep me from returning. So if you’re in town give it a try!

The 4 of us had a try of barbecue meats, along with 2 barbecue salads. In a word, everything was SPECTACULAR! At first, we were a bit nervous. Outside was a little rough & only 3 or 4 vehicles in the lot. To say we were pleased with the decor inside is an understatement! Everything very new, clean & modern!! Staff were very well dressed & seemed to be in good humor – signs of a good restaurant in our books.
The food was great! We had pulled pork & brisket. The best thing was it wasn’t covered in sauces. They supply a killer Bourbon sauce that’s to die for-loved it!!
Mac & Cheese was great, fries done to perfection (with malt vinegar), salad was crisp & fresh!! Endless soft drinks (I was more than happy with the lemonade). Even the slice of garlic butter toast was ummmm.
All 4 of us ate for under $100.00. You can’t beat that with a stick! Thanks, Shelby, for looking after us today – we’ll be back again & again!

I do a lot of traveling for work so I’ve tried a lot of BBQ in FL, GA and the Carolinas. We maintain a best of BBQ map at the office at mims is in the top 5. Unpretentious, simple BBQ served WITHOUT sauce, the way good BBQ should be. Tried the sampler with brisket, chicken, ribs and pulled pork. Beans were a tad sweet for my liking but had good flavor. Brisket was moist but not overly greasy, ribs had nice pop when you bit it off the bone. Pulled pork wasn’t disguised with sauce or seasoning. Chicken was moist and good flavor throughout. Visible smoke ring on most meats. We will be back the next time we’re on town, will be tasting our way down the menu

I have ordered from this place many times! I absolutely love the food, and the many different sauces. I finally got to stop by the restaurant, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Want some BBQ that’s better than 4 Rivers in my humble opinion? Definitely stop in here.

Very good BBQ place in Mims. We had brisket, pulled pork, baked beans and sweet potato fries. The brisket was amazing, moist and fatty. Some of the best brisket I’ve had outside of Texas!

If you want real home BBQ made with excellence, this is your place. It is what BBQ is supposed to be. Forget the commercialized chains, the quality is on point, the sides were cooked to perfection. Hand cut sweet potato fries, fried okra, cooked on point without grease pockets. Sliced brisket fresh and juicy. This place reminds me of why I love BBQ in the first place.Step aside Lucille’s Mims is your mentor! ….The staff was also polite and attentive. Okay, just about to leave and they offer me apple butter cheesecake…no words…my jaw dropped.. you just don’t know…you just don’t know…my southern heart beats yet again. I spent too many years out west..I won’t forget you again..glad to be home..
