Arrived at 12:03 pm in the drive through on 8/14/25. Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes. Proceeded to tell me to pull up to the yellow pole where I waited for 10+ more minutes. After I finally received my food I checked my bag where I did not have my sauce and my coke tasted like water. Went inside to get a new drink where the only options were dr pepper and fanta. Got Dr. Pepper and still tasted awful. Asked politely for my sauce where I was told “we dont have that right now” with an attitude and proceeded to THROW the ranch on the counter at me. Terrible service and terrible food. Need to do better. Will not return and you shouldnt either. This place needs to close its doors or get better employees/managment. Wheres undercover boss when you need him.

Wish I could give them a 0. Just went through there to get the How to Train your Dragon Combo and didn’t get the mozzarella fries or the sundae. Was told those you have to add one. That is not what is advertised on the website or TV. I will not be back.

Absolutely horrible service, I was the only person in line…. it took forever to get their attention to even take my order, she was super rude when she finally take the order and then had to pull up to wait on my food …. have at least a 30 minute break to even go there …

Both employees at the drive thru were incredibly kind. They thanked us and told us to have a good night. Something that use to happen regularly but is far and few between nowadays. The food was fresh and tasted great! I highly recommend this location!!

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The sad part is the management team is the worst!! The night shift manager is a very unpleasant soul!! She is not a good fit for customer service!! I’ve contacted corporate once before regarding this same employee. Burger King will never get another dollar of mines!! Food is always OLD AND MICROWAVED!!
