I mean I wish I looked at pictures and reviews before because wow what a horrible experience. Customer service was terrible, and the food is on another level of bad. I received a pizza that I wouldn’t even feed to raccoons, barely any cheese bunch of tomato sauce spots and raw dough in the middle. Waste of time and money

While the food was amazing, the service was not. We went into the store and ordered 2 wraps and 2 cans of pop. Now it was a Friday night which I know is busy, and had the delay of almost a half hour been due to that I would have said fine. But we literally watched the person start the wraps and walk away 3 times because she thought she had to be in everyone else’s work space. I don’t know if she is the supervisor or manager but she needs to learn how to focus on one task at a time or delegate jobs better.

Seriously!!!! Settle down!!! These panzos are out of control!!! I moved out of St Thomas few years ago but whenever I’m back I gotta grab a pie or slice but never have I got the panzo. Thursday 2 panzerotti 3 topping and 2 pop. 13.99… Look at it!! Filled with amazing cheese and great fresh toppings… these are a small… pay attention competion they call these a small!!! Awesome as ever Als back to the gym for me now

Order a pizza for delivery it never showed up. It’s was well over an hour and a half, I called them back. The guy on the other line told me oh it’s been sitting here. He first thought I called the wrong store??? I told him, No I called you. For delivery, Then I said I didn’t want that pizza that’s been sitting there for an hour and a half. Are you gonna make a new ones? He said no, I told him to cancel the order. I’m calling Domino’s. FYI Please don’t do edibles while you’re working.
