Watching them pull the meat right off the open pit is an experience in itself, but the flavor is where it really shines. You can taste that authentic, smoky mesquite wood in every single bite. The steak was cooked perfectly. Charred just right but incredibly juicy and tender on the inside.

I was in town visiting family in Fort worth and we decided to stop in . I had been there before and it was amazing time we had . Well this time was great as well .Service was great the food as well they explained the process of ordering and someone stopped at our table from time to time to see how we’re were doing . We had been sitting by the fireplace and kept us warm on that chilly night . It was well worth it the stop . By the way try the steak while you’re there You will not regret it . Thanks

Another culinary feast fit for a King! Miss Tina greeted us and our dog while we were in the line. The dog-friendly staff brought our special family member a fresh bowl of water. Another customer asked if he could feed and pet our dog. There aren’t too many places that go out of their way for the sake of customer satisfaction. An absolute delightful experience. Highly recommend the 8oz steak. These people are Patriots and love the military!!

I’ve been to several Hard 8 locations and this by far the best one. The hospitality and food are always a 10/10. The workers are some of the nicest sweetest people we have met. Love coming here and definitely will be coming here for many more years.

My first time going here and the staff was great. I tried a small sample as seen in my pic of the Turkey, Jalapeño Sausage & Brisket. I got the Twice baked potato salad and slaw then the beans . The sides were great; I was disappointed in the Brisket & Turkey. My husband had the pork chop and it was the BEST if our selection but be ware it’s HUGE.

Brisket- fatty & no smoke flavor and bland
Smoked sausage was the best if the 3

One of best BBQ places I have ever been to. This place was awesome! Super good food, helpful and friendly service. The brisket was divine. It was fall apart good and super tasty. Onion rings were very tasty and the onion never pulled out (as it should be). Top it all off with peacan pie and you will be stuffed the rest of the night. Really enjoyed our visit and we look forward to going again!

Food was delicious as always. Brisket and turkey breast are always favorites of mine. The jalapeño poppers are amazing also. The banana pudding is great for dessert but their cobbler always hits the spot too. Service was particularly good tonight. Several people thanked us for coming in and checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was good.
