Empty parking lot when I pulled in. I saw 2 employees leaving and asked if they were still open. They responded with smiles and told me how late they’re open. Drive thru asked if I was using the app. I gave my code. Then I used a coupon that I won at a cancer benefit for a local wrestler. My nephew Gabe. #GabesCorner i got a free quarter cheese meal. My burger was hot off the grill and delicious. My fries were warm. Pop full and right amount of ice. 5 star service even though the fries could’ve been better. All my questions were answered, my coupon was accepted even though it was worn and All the employees were friendly and fast.

This place can’t even remember a straw or fork and knife for pancakes let alone the syrup and butter. Went through drive through 3 times before I finally got everything. Apparently working fast food is really difficult for these people.

Carmen the manager is awesome I work next door so I’m there a couple times a week they are very nice and professional it can get busy but they do a good job of managing that..my order is always correct and hot.. I appreciate this kind of service these days…fefe

They suck! They ALWAYS mess up the orders. I usually just go to the one on centerville and hwy 96. Today I stopped at this one on the way to work ordered a mcgriddle and only got the pancakes(buns) like how do you even do that if not purposely? You can barely understand them so I just speak to them in spanish and they still get it wrong. These are not teens either, its grown adults working the morning shift.

McDonald’s, located at Hwy 61 and 10th street ▫️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ▫️ Employees at this location go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Due to the recent construction at this location, the lobby was closed. My friend and I were traveling without a car and wanted to purchase a delicious McDonald’s™️ McChicken. We decided to make our way through the drive thru but were discouraged when nobody greeted us at the drive thru menu! We proceeded to the second window where we were greeted by a very kind young lady who quickly took our order! She had us wait near the lobby door and delivered us our food in a timely fashion. We could tell that our food had come fresh off the grill. We were able to enjoy our tasty McDonald’s™️ McChickens from the parking lot and watch a lovely sunset in beautiful Downtown White Bear Lake!

worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to in my life will never be going back. I watched cars drive past me as i waited 15 minutes to get a simple meal and the food was cold. My drink was half empty with no ice in it. They tried to make up for it by giving a lousy free blueberry pie, but quite frankly that is not going to cut it. I am extremely disappointed and would rather starve than ever find myself going to this mcdonald’s ever again in my whole life.
