I ordered the New York style, it was awful. The crust taste like cardboard. The pizza was bland. I asked for extra sauce it tasted like no sauce. It looked better than it tasted. I will not be ordering from cottage inn again.

Our pizza was burnt to the point that the crust had zero moisture and was black, the cheese was hard and dry, and there were tons of bubbles in the dough, just empty air in the pizza. Worst pizza I have ever had.

We had a DoorDash pizza that never got picked up before the store closed. You guys should’ve called us beforehand and we could’ve picked it up but unfortunately the girl on the phone told us we couldn’t pick up the pizza because they were closed. She was extremely rude. Our perfectly made pizza just sat there just to get thrown out or for the employees to eat. I’m not from around here but I will NEVER order from this location again. Do better.

Since I’ve been in town, I wanted to try some deep dish or Detroit style pizza. I chose this place cause I was tired and it was close to my hotel. Not much cleaning goes on at this place by the looks of the spider webs on the windows and the snow shovel with a salt bag by the door. The very understaffed place did a decent job of keeping up with the crazy amount of orders, but I waited almost an hour for my eat in pizza. The pizza itself was ok with decent sauce but not a true deep dish. It was more like a Sicilian pie. The meatball was a bit salty and dry. I’d probably pass on this place unless there was nothing else to eat.

Super satisfied, I just always want more pizza. Just had the Chicken Mediterranean delivered, the delivery was ten minutes earlier than the anticipated delivery time which is nice. The young lady that delivered the pizza was very friendly and professional. The pizza hot, fresh, and delicious! Thank you Cottage Inn!

Order was supposed to arrive at 5:05PM. At 5:10PM I called for an update and was told the driver was en route (I’m 5 minutes from the location). At 5:25PM, still no dinner so I called the location again and was told it would arrive in 2 minutes. The driver arrived a few minutes later and only had part of my order, and part of someone else’s order. He was not very friendly or apologetic and blamed his team. I called the store back to let them know that I was missing 3/4 of my order and was told that they would try to get it to me as soon as possible – when I pressed for a delivery time, they said maybe 20 minutes. An order placed at 4:30PM on a Tuesday not being completed until 6:00PM or later is absolutely ridiculous.

Since they’ve ignored my emails I ordered a pizza Tuesday night the cuban pizza for delivery. For starters, it took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive I only got two items. Secondly when my pizza arrived there was no sauce on the pizza therefore I called and I was respectful and understanding about the situation and explained there was no sauce. Your workers response was “so what you want me to do about it” in a rude tone. I asked for a new one to be delivered and was responded with full attitude and hung up on. I went to the store with the pizza to show him I didn’t respect the way he talked to me and he went silent no sorry or anything while he inspected the pizza not finding any sauce. No sorry for making me drive out, no sorry for his mistake, just attitude. I felt bad for him being the only worker in there but something needs to happen. Obviously this is an issue because the delivery driver was the only one to apologize about the situation. When we got our remade pizza it was drowned in sauce and I’m assuming he did it purposely to be funny and piss me off more. I want a full refund on my order including my delivery fee this is ridiculous and there needs to be some kind of consequences in regards to the worker because it was unacceptable. I understand working in customer service which was why I was nice, but when you’re just disrespectful for no reason there’s a problem. His name was Toby 🙂

Wow. I usually love Cottage Inn, but horrible!! My veggie pizza was so soggy you couldn’t even pick it up or eat it. My daughter’s pepperoni pizza was ordered with no sauce, and it had a lot. She cannot eat tomatoes.
