Ordered a big mac, with extra sauce, extra pickles. I received regular cheese burger buns, with two bottom buns and absolutely nothing in between the bottom two buns. I was incredibly annoyed that i had to drive back to have it re-done. The manager was incredibly polite, apologetic and remade it for me. I understand he can’t supervise all orders, but he shouldn’t have to for staff to do their tasks.

This place absolutely sucked. Took 20+ minutes just to get to four cars on the drive-through and then when they got our drink wrong I go in no acknowledgment from any workers at all nobody came up to ask if something was wrong. Nothing definitely will never go back to this place. Skip it if you can, go somewhere else.

Ordered from kiosk and no receipt came out. Ordered caramel latte but they don’t have as they are cleaning the machine. Ordered fish burger but they delivered with a mass condition. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

There were no customers, and there were enough staff. All the tables were dirty, and no staff was interested in tables being dirty. I had to clean myself up and sit down. Both Kiosk are out of order. The fries are dry and turning black, at least six hours after they were fried. The burgers are also a mess, as if they were made to throw around.

We went to this McDonald’s after 10:00pm we ordered 5 meals at the drive thru. I was asked what I wanted to drink and I told the drive thru person I wanted a sprite and ketchup for my dipping sauce. When we got up to the window we received all the meals and 4 drinks except for my sprite. The man at the window insisted we did not pay for it when it came with our meal and would not give me a drink, he also refused to show us the receipt. How much does a fountain drink really cost this company? He was very rude and nasty about it. Bad business!! Don’t go to this McDonald

I went to elm st at 3am on 2/7/25 ordered a big mac meal with a chicken sandwich. I waited at the empty drive thru for 15 mins finally get my order ice cold . I get home pull out the big mac open the top bun and see a patty with a bite taken out of it!!!! I took a picture you can see teeth marks disgusting called corporate they don’t care said I have to deal with the store itself I call the store number voicemail always full cant talk to anybody I am done with mcdonalds I ll spend my $100 a month at burger King horrible location disgusting workers!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I placed a large order for my family and almost everything was wrong. When I went inside to let them know and showed the missing items, instead of apologizing, the staff just grabbed the food back from me with attitude. No apology, no sense of responsibility.
As someone who worked in fast food for over 10 years, I know basic customer service — you never take food back from a customer after a mistake, especially without a single apology. While I waited for them to fix the order, I watched the employees fooling around instead of moving quickly to correct their error.
Very unprofessional. If you’re running a business, take care of your customers and train your staff better. A simple apology and some respect goes a long way.
