Came in for some dinner and drinks. Frank was our server. We got the Blooming cactus appetizer and we all love the green chili sauce that was served with it 10 out of 10. Totally recommend that we got the green chili chicken, the Parmesan, crusted chicken and a couple of steaks with salad baked potatoes. The food was delicious no matter fact it was probably the best food that we’ve had out of Texas roadhouse the drinks were good and only five dollars so you don’t have to worry about getting tanked. The service was fabulous up until we were just about finished with our food and Frank told us when after he gave us the boxes to use the kiosk to sign out like OK you’re done pay your bill get up get out. That was the only reason this didn’t get a five star review. We felt very disappointed that we were being given the impression that now it’s time for us to go 10 out of 10 recommend this location. The food is absolutely delicious. The prices are good. There’s plenty of parking in the bathrooms are clean and the service for the most part was great. By the time we got done there was almost no steaks left in the case. One of the most impressive parts of the evening was when Justin came to bring the food to the table he walked up and just put the plate food in front of the person whose food it was very impressive.

our experience here was a 10/10, amazing service with hot food on the weekend when it’s the busiest! our superhuman server, Juliette was so active, sweet, and caring to every one of her tables. it was such a sight to see that she made every table smile, our glasses never ran dry and she made multiple table visits. she is the gold standard of servers that every restaurant wishes they could have staffed. we will request her next time, and if you are reading this, request her too!

Food was phenomenal. Service was NOT. Had to ask for refills and he did not come clean the table the entire time : lady who brought food we had to ask her to take plates and she gave such an attitude . She was trying to just put the entree plates on top of the others . We had a 160$ lunch!! Once we paid the tab he didn’t do a thing after .even the manager comes by to do their table touch and they left all the dirty dishes sitting there too . They give a generic response to your review saying to tell a manager but they clearly didn’t open their eyes either to guest experience .

I ordered take-out. The last time I ordered from here, it was not good but this time the food was delicious! The grilled chicken and sides were all cooked perfectly and very tasty. Great portion size for the money. Love those yeast rolls too much! My only negative is there’s not enough parking and having to circle multiple times just to run in and get my food is a bit frustrating. The whole point of take-out is to avoid the crowd inside and get curbside service but not happening here on a weekend night.

We went for a friends birthday and it did not disappoint. We were given basket after basket of rolls that were hot and fresh. We ordered 2 appetizers (the combo plate and cactus blossom). They were both so good. Our server was so kind and did such a great job taking care of us. Our entrees came out and wow it didn’t disappoint one bit. I order the 8oz. salmon and it was so good. I will definitely be back!

Texas Roadhouse always does a great job. When I walked in at 5:30 on a Thursday evening, I was sure there would be a 45 minute wait. Better know it, 15 minutes later my party of 4 was seated and being served water and bread.
Though the waiting area was a bit noisy – when we sat at, “Kent’s” corner the atmosphere immediately progressed to a more “log cabin” vibe. My friends ordered a 14 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes, barbecue chicken with steak fries, a bowl of loaded potato with potato skins, and I (not feeling steak) ordered a chili dog +side of Mac off the kids menu (HA!).
All were satisfied.
We decided as a group that this experience on 12/11/25 deserved 4.5 stars.

This place was well prepared for Mother’s day. We ate an late lunch/early dinner at 4pm. We waited less than 5 minutes to be seated.
Our waiter was great and very patient.
The food was very tasty. Only downside were the vegetables were over cooked and watery.
All of the meat was cooked to our preferred temps and the seasoning was on point.
My boys enjoyed their first Texas Roadhouse experience and already asking when we can go back.

We had such an incredible experience at Texas Roadhouse tonight. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and upbeat. The atmosphere had that fun, energetic vibe they’re known for, but it was still comfortable enough for our whole family to relax and enjoy ourselves.
Our waiter, Justin, truly made the night special. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. He checked in at all the right moments, made sure our drinks stayed full, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels that natural and sincere.
The steak was cooked perfectly, exactly how we ordered it. It was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You could tell it was prepared with care. Every bite was just right.
Between the amazing service, the perfect food, and the great setting, it was a night our family really enjoyed. Me and my family will absolutely be back again, and we’ll definitely be asking for Justin next time. Five stars all the way.

I usually rate TRH very high and it’s well deserved. However, on this occasion I was very mixed on how to rate this Parker location and probably rated higher than would have been appropriate for this occasion but i recognized with this rating the amends staff tried to make. The issue that prompted this writing is what happened when we had done call-ahead Seating for a group of 10. Granted we expected things to be a bit tougher time wise on getting seated within the time frame given, but the wait ended up being excessive but that wasn’t really the issue. I truly believe they were trying hard to get us seated. The issue was the untruth’s and half-truths being said to the main person with the 10, primarily by one person at the host stand. I won’t go into those but this should never be and tarnished the great reputation of Texas Roadhouse, at least for that evening. And what really was the tipping point, is that after the long wait they ended up seating us in two separate booths, claiming that we said that was ok which was untrue, and even after we had made it clear from the beginning we wanted tp be together. This particularly irritated the previously mentioned main person in our group of 10.
Thankfully due to some concerned staff, even though we were initially seated in the separate tables, they moved us pretty quickly to tables connected that held our 10 which we wanted in the first place. Also, one of the managers, recognizing the issues caused, helped to ease the frustration and irritation experienced by offering us some appetizers on the house. I will also mention that the manage, another staff person, and our primary server, went out of their way in continuing to make the night better for all of us and I thank them for that. Hopefully this is a situation that won’t be experienced again when we have a large group, and keep TRH’s good name good as it should be.

The food was tasty and came out great. Our waitress Shannon made our visit a great experience, even though the restaurant was very busy. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable.
