1st the positives: my husband liked his crab Rangoon & kung pao chicken. However, I got the chicken w/brocolli combo meal & I only enjoyed the egg roll. The fried rice was the worst I have ever had-it only had a few onions in it (no other veggies or meat) & it has a yellow tint. It simply had very little flavor. The sauce on the chicken w/brocolli seemed different than what I am used to as well… I don’t think I would eat here again. Re: service, we ordered online & were told it would take 15 mins. It took my husband 12 mins to drive there, but then he had to wait another 20 mins after arriving. They need to adjust their pickup times accordingly.

Sorry for this review because usually the food here is good. But this would be the second time that the food was not good. On the latest visit the soup was very thick & had a good taste. The chicken on the stick was hard & dry. I had to throw them in the trash.

Food was fantastic !! PuPu platter for (2 )was awesome, got a taste of everything. (Chicken wings & Ribs & Shrimp) were bang’n. Mixed veggies with the brown sauce & white rice delicious . My new fav spot. Staff super friendly. Ordered online with a breeze an packed up ready to go as I was walking in the door. Wife & I ate for 22.56 & we are stuffed. Thank You… Great Wall

This is my favorite Chinese place in Greenville, NC. Their lo mein noodles are the best in town along with the General Tso chicken and Broccoli and chicken. We have never had any issues with our food and its always made fresh too.

I went to take something back and they got mad and didn’t want to make it over. So they gave me my money back and said I couldn’t come back. I didn’t approve of that. But here in America they say the customer is always right but I guess they come here and make their own rules.hope they are all right because they are trying to send people back to their own country

BLAND sums it up. General Tso was mushy and I asked for 4 out 5 spice level but was 1.5 Fried rice that came with combo meal was plain yellow rice. Egg roll nothing special but was crispy. Wife had lo mein w/pork and she thought it was also bland. Same with rice and egg roll.
Take out was doing good business, so someone likes it.

So I’ve been on a Great Wall II kick here lately. The food always has good flavor and enough to keep you wanting more. They currently hold 1st place in the local ranks for myself. Their bourbon chicken, sesame chicken, general Tso chicken, and honey chicken all are really good. The crab raccoons are some of the better Triangular style ones I’ve had as well. Great job!!!

Mediocre at best. Not good quality food. Tastes bland and cheap. Who serves “spare ribs” in a container chopped up? Given this place two chances with different items. None of them tasted good. 2 stars because it arrived quickly.

Tried calling in my order and the line was busy. I placed my order over the counter. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. There was about a 10 minute wait for my food.
