Great food! Great service! Lovely atmosphere! I really like the staff here; they were really friendly and nice to talk with. Julia was great at taking my order and bringing me food. I hope the restaurant here continues to find great success. I have faith that this place will continue to grow and prosper.
Thank you to Daisy and David for always welcoming me here when I had little money to afford my meals. I will always remember this place because of the people who served me when I still had little money. I am grateful to everyone for treating me well, even when I was a student and had no tips to offer.

Food was great and rapidly served !
You have to order & pay before you can grab a table. The atmosphere is nice, comfortable.
The service was okay. It’s definitely not like going to a restaurant where they’ll be checking on you throughout the night. The staff mostly stays around the cashiers & kitchen. Which works fine, you can get your own box to go and one of the staff members picked up our plates.

Always love coming here. Hard to beat a good sushi burrito, and this spot makes the best. Tons of options to mix and add into your burrito or bowl. They’ve also got plenty of other food and side options as well. Staff is always very kind. Highly recommend!

I am very happy to say that our experiences here have been fantastic the last few times we decided to visit. We came in with a food allergy and the owner answered all of our questions and offered assistance. The food taste and quality is still above average and they are willing and want to earn our trust and business! Yay! Now a regular place to patron! Thank you for the improvements!
So I really like the food here but they really need to change some things. Like posting a sign that says prices have increased but not marking which items have increased and how much more they are now.. like asking for a tip and then making you counter order and clean your table after, like nickel and diming.. well everything. I want to eat there.. I love the salad and being able to add so many items …I like the taste of the food…just not sure I will be….

Excellent quality for the price. Honestly their sauces (especially on the shrimp) were absolutely delicious and tasted like something you would pay twice as much for. Restaurant was clean and their chairs were well padded and comfortable for dining in. One of the few detractors is a personal preference more than an actual issue: you clear your own plates. I just do not like to scrap my own dishes when I go out. Other than that personal preference I was thoroughly impressed. If you like Asian food definitely this this place a try.

Owners of the Durbin/St John location refused refund after I placed an online order to what I thought was the St John’s Town Center location by clicking on the Google Maps link to their website (at Town Center). Their website pulls up and I started order. I arrived at the St Johns Town Center location and we were all confused. They said they’re unsure as to why this happens (their location at Town Center sends orders to Durbin location). Obvious issue between these two different franchise owners and Google Maps. I called Durbin location (12 miles away) and was told no refund would be given and I’d have to make the 40 min round trip or go without food or refund. It wasn’t my fault their system through Google is flawed. I asked to cancel my order (for obvious reasons) and place it at the Town Center location where I expected my order to be. They wouldn’t budge. So I got screwed out of $57 worth of sushi and endured a wasted trip. I do understand that the Durbin/St John location made the order they received, but they also need to empathize with the Google Maps misdirection and offer some sort of compromise. As the consumer, I should be able to merely click the location I want (St John’s Town Center), place an order on the resulting Kazu linked website and go pick it up. That didn’t happen. Both locations have the name “St John’s” in the title AND the Durbin/St John location is the only location option listed on that website (just FYI)…so naturally, I assumed I had ordered correctly (since multiple location options were not an option). Beware before using Google Maps and their website link to order from the Town Center Kazu as your food (and bill) will be elsewhere. Complete scam.

The Tonkatsu was undercooked, very little bit of octopus on the inside, flavor is good but too soft and not fried all the way. I was disappointed because I’ve been excited to try this place.
The tuna and dancing eel are mediocre, soggy chewed up tuna on the inside, didn’t have much of a flavor.
The only that saved this sushi meal was the seaweed on the dancing eel roll, that was quiet good. Overall, I spent $25 to get 4 rolls. Not sure I would come back, we will see. Possibly for the poke bowl.
Also, the workers seem very young and not so experienced. That could be why the sushi was not what I expected. Better luck next time

Food was okay but I paid extra for fried rice. Let me tell you do NOT GO HERE FOR A BENTO BOX or fried rice!!! Look at the photo, does that does that look like fried rice people??? Their version of fried rice is what looked like steam rice w soy sauce, no oil, no veggies, no sprouts, just egg. No sauce for spring roll and no sauce for the dessert either. Also the bathroom at first glance seem nonexistent and unaccessible.
Perhaps they have good sushi or bobas???? I will never know.
