Very disappointed in tonight’s service. Placed an order. Got there a few mins before it was supposed to be ready. Got my salad not happy with what was there. I was told 15mins and my pizza would be ready. 35 minutes later and I am sitting there and I am listening to 2 guys trying to say my name which is christine. And the 2 of them where saying multiple names. Went on for 2 minutes or more minutes trying to say my name. Asked for extra white sauce. Looks like kids were rumbling it tonight. Very disappointed tonight.

My wife and I went to Round Table in Gridley ca. at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night to have salad and pizza and they had already pulled the Salad bar and didn’t even offer to make a couple salads for us . The guy taking our order said they put it away around 8:00 every night. Then he tells us that there is no bathroom for my wife only a guy urinal. They seem more worried about going home than helping the customer. This will be the last time eating Round Table in Gridley. So sad it used to be great !

Place was clean and cool and workers were polite and order was quick. Unfortunately dough on pizza and twists were undercooked and inedible during this visit. Frustrating to spend $50+ dollars on a pizza and be charged for ranch when I asked for some with my to go order.

We ask for a medium size Guinevere pizza with thick crust and the young man refused. He said the only way to get a thick crust was to buy a large pizza then proceeded to make an up sales charge to the order. I was under the impression that Round Table was fresh made pizza and NOT frozen. Customer Service should be just that, what a customer wants and not up sales.

Things have improved here! We held a birthday lunch. Ordered two large pepperonis and one large supreme. They were all served within a minute of each other, had plenty of toppings and tasted great. Customer service was very good.

I like Roundtables pizzas but the gotten extremely expesive. For example $32 plus for a médium Italian galic supreme. There were some items missing from the pizza because they were out. So in essences I didn’t get my $32 worth. At those prices I would expect to have the cashier to be quick to offer to make it right somehow but no such offer was given. So think ill not be frequent them much anymore. Other such pizza places in town have comparable product for much less.

Terrible customer service! Today I ordered a pizza at 630pm before leaving work in Chico to pick up around 7pm when I arrived at 7pm the lady at the front said my pizza was in the oven so I waited no problem 7:40 pm came and she said they lost the pizza and dont know where it went, how the heck does a pizza disappear so they had to re Make it. They rushed to make it and made it sloppy and barely topping on it. Why pay $58 when little Cesar puts more toppings on there $8 pizza. Then she gave me a bag with the ranch’s I ordered but 3 where open and spilled all over the bag when I asked for replacement ranch she said sorry we are all out … But another employee said no we aren’t a pulled a whole container full of cups pre filled with ranch. I don’t know what that lady with the black glasses problem was but seriously find a different profession if you can’t get simple customer service right. I was calm and just seeing how they would make right for there mess up but nothing was done not even a sorry. Horrible customer service.
