This nice little Italian restaurant was a great find with great food. I went on a Saturday night and the place was not that full. We got seated down quickly and we were always attended to. We got bread to start off just like you would get in an authentic Italian restaurant. For my main I got the gnocchi which was delicious. It had a plentiful of flavors which complemented well together. The service was good and the ambient was pleasant. The only downside was that they did not offer dessert. Overall 9/10

Authentic Italian. Imagine your Italian Grandmother’s home cooked just for you. It’s that good. Of course, I might not be Italian but I do appreciate quality. I had a Cesar Salad and Linguini Specchio and a little wine. Grandma would be proud and so will you.

Really great food and excellent service! The staff were on top of everything! They weren’t afraid to move out of their zone as is often the case at many restaurants. Everyone there was very happy to help and always predicted the next thing we would want and had it done before we could even ask. Everything was really good, but the Tiramisu topped off the meal. By far the best I have ever had in my life!! Specchio is definitely on my list of places to return to the next time I’m back.

Had very good experience at this little Italian restaurant. Food is excellent, would definitely recommend lamb chops and one of the specialty of the day because it’s always so tasty. To finish dinner must have ricotta cheesecake with late, it’s simply to die for.

This may be my first online review ever. Me and the family went down to Miami Beach over the Thanksgiving holiday. Family of 5, three kids ages 4,9,16 and an Italian wife… I give you these details so you understand how difficult it is getting everyone on the same page.
We ate at Specchio Wednesday the 25th.. everyone loved it! Everyone basically devoured their food!
We went back for dinner every night until Monday when we left! The food is phenomenal. The portions are large. I personally tried something different every night, and enjoyed every single meal.
We got to know the staff and the owner, and by the 3rd night they welcomed us by name and of course an Italian embrace with a hug and kiss! (Masks on of course)
We will be going back every time we visit! I encourage you to not leave the beach without trying this gem of a restaurant. My wife’s cooking is now the 2nd best Italian meals I’ve tasted!
You won’t be disappointed. I promise!

Delicious food, great service and fantastic ambience in a little, but comfortable spot in Surfside. You could be forgiven for believing that you had teleported to Italy because of how authentic the flavors were. And I couldn’t show the Ricotta cheesecake because we devoured it as soon as the very kind v and knowledgeable waiter moved his hand. Can’t wait to take more of no family there. Would recommend for a date night, family or just if you want a fantastic Italian dinner. Buonismo!

This place is delicious. We loved how fresh everything tasted. We happen to be one of the frist tables in for the night. I believe the owner sat us down right away. He got us started and than our server took over. This place is tiny but lovely!
