Food is good but could have a couple improvements: some the cajun pasta was way too salty but atleast you know its authentic. The waitress Ayana was wonderful, she never forgot about us. Food didnt take too long. I wish they had a screen to prevent all the flied everywhere that harassed us. Great for a wuick lunch with your coworkers! Portions matched to the price they charge. Would comeback again when in the mood for higher quality seafood.

I attempted to eat at the bar but was not acknowledged after being seated for quite some time, so I went back to the hostess stand to ask to be moved to a table. The service was extremely slow for a mostly empty restaurant and I did not receive a plate for my appetizer, though the waiter was nice. The food was excellent.

Wow! Can’t believe this was my first time eating here! Now look. The bill is gonna be kind of high. But every single bite I took was outstanding and totally worth it. And our server, Melissa, was literally the best server ever. We had gumbo, grouper w/crab and shrimp, manchego potatoes, spinach and key lime pie. 10/10. Cocktails were also pretty good. A wonderful meal in a great atmosphere. Quick walk from the Marriott Marquis.

Wow! Initially chose this for convenience, then it turned in to the best meal of this trip. Server Steven was professional and a delight, and his food recommendation was spot-on. My fish was prepared absolutely perfectly. Great experience!

Wait, pappadeaux closes at 9pm or 10, whatever thats crazy for a weekday night in a major metropolitan city, downtown, and attached to a convention center…BTW the bar closed earlier. My seafood platter was had bad mussels! Maybe the oil was burned or the seafood (mussels were bad). Should’ve taken better pictures but the series of misfortune events one after the other left me discombobulated.

Great atmosphere!! The views are great but the food is very average for the price! My server was very sweet and made the experience wonderful but it did take 30 minutes to get drinks to the table bc the bar was backed up.. I got the gator bites they took forever to come out and were almost cold we did end up getting them, we also got one other dish and ended up going elsewhere, will be back on a slower day to give it another chance.

I got the spicy grouper topped with shrimp and lump crab, paired with a French 75 to drink. PHENOMENAL!! My rank for food and experience was 9.5/10. Ashton was our server and he made sure we were taken care of from the time we sat down to the time we left. And he did everything with a smile. I give .5 off for too much spinach in the crab and shrimp fondeaux we had for appetizer. That’s just my preference. It was still delicious.

The food here is always so good! The octopus with potatoes? Uff, so tasty! The piña colada was delicious too. Our waitress was super sweet and made everything even better. Loved it all!
