The food was absolutely horrible. First the grease needs to be changed the fries were hard and greasy and likewise for the fried pickles. When asked do they use fresh oil Jasmine G. States that they did. No straws were provided although we ordered three drinks…..This was a complete waste of 30.00 dollars will not be returning anytime soon!!! Gross food

I’m only giving 1 star because you can’t give less. Do not eat here!!! Been several times now and they can’t even do the basic thing of getting your order right. Then when you call it to their attention they do nothing about it. Just drive on by and go to Guthries instead. Much better service and the food is always fresh.

Ordered for the first time today for curbside pickup. Never got an email or anything for me to let them know I was there. Went in and had to wait in line just to let them know I had a pickup . The line wait just to say hey I am here for my food was 10 minutes. Food was already cold.

They always get something wrong with the order. I always order wings and things, white cheddar bites, and the chicken finger plate. This time, they got everything right, but when I asked for no ice in either drink, both drinks were loaded with ice to the top of the cup. There was more ice per volume than soda. The soda tasted like water. When I tried to get the attention of the individuals at the window, all four of them, including a manager that was with them, ignored my pleas. One of them looked directly at me, and then proceeded to close the window and walk away. I hate sounding like a total Karen, but that just rustles my jimmies. To top it off, there was a hole in the bottom of the cups that I only noticed when I got home, and I’m now cleaning my cupholders from soda spilling everywhere.

Was driving through this area while heading for a trip. Food was dry, chicken overcooked, fries undercooked and the chicken was also very salty. Lines wrapped around the building and the restroom stalls need a little work.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE. I placed a large curbside order and parked in the curbside parking, right beside the drive thru (so I know they saw my car). Checked in via the app and waited for 10 minutes. Then I checked in again, through my email, and waited another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went in and waited another 5+ minutes in line to get my food. It was sitting on the counter the whole time. Employees standing right in front of it. I get the food home and it’s cold, of course. I paid extra for 6 zax sauces and they gave me 1 and none were in the meals. The fingers were Barely sauced. Overall a very poor experience.

I ordered a kids grilled cheese meal and I got an almost empty box of fires that were cold. The new loaded garlic loaded fries were not very good. The garlic overpowered everything. If you like a lot of garlic, you might like.

The Last couple times my wife and I have tried this location in the last few weeks the girl in the drive-thru has consistently left something out of our order. Then I found out through a friend that you guys fired your best worker Corey for “tapping his fingers in the drive-thru.” and “bad attitude.” Hes always had a great attitude with customers. We live right behind the store and can Honestly say management of this location has gone down hill. Hire better management because we won’t be back. We’re also contacting corporate and putting this on social media too.
