I usually get my lunch there since it’s nearby the school. I love the service and how neatly they prepare the food, one thing I know is that you absolutely need to speak up in order to get it done the way you like it. I also enjoy how the employees are polite and respectful to the customers, it doesn’t take long to order unless if it’s a hot sub. But absolutely worth every second! I’d even order online to make it quick and easy. Definitely love visiting.

We drive from Wingfield Springs, past two Port of Subs, to come to this location because… our sandwiches are consistently made with care, taste great, this location doesn’t skimp on sandwich toppings, plus I cannot remember the last time our order was incorrect. Big SHOUT OUT to FELIPE & SEAN!! Two employees who act with integrity, are professional infront of the customer, listen, pay attention to the customer, and are diligent about glove changing & food safety.

Port of Subs has always been my go to since I was young. My recent visit was a bit disappointing. The food was good and the lobby was clean. The crew was friendly and working hard to make sure that freshest ingredients were available. My disappointment was in the fact that there was virtually no drinks available at the fountain machine. Only after the fact did I learn they were available at the drive thru fountain if asked. Come on people how hard is it to post a sign or mention it when they buy the drink. Isn’t that what customer service is about?

Went to get a medium #13 and the young lady made my sandwich didn’t put enough cheese or meat and the #13 come with pastrami and turkey. They put a lot of lettuce tomato onion. My sandwich basically tasted like a vegetarian sandwich no meat no cheese. I shouldn’t have to order double meat. Every time I order a sandwich from Port Of Subs.

I don’t know if this location is under new ownership, new management, or just has new employees, but the last two weeks have been a complete turn around! All of a sudden their sandwiches are perfect! They are huge, they are loaded and they are exactly how I’m asking them to make them!!! Very awesome job!! I definitely recommend this place!!

Went in this morning and ordered a medium number 13. I noticed the person slicing was VERY skimpy with the meat. I got about 4 slices of pastrami and maybe 5 slices of turkey. I asked if she could put more meat on it and I was told it would be an extra charge. I said no thanks. Never going back to this location ever again. The Clear Acre store is the best in Reno. I’ll stick with that location.
