I picked this location because I mostly deal with them, but my review is for all of the ChicfilAs’ in the Louisville/Frankfort/New Albany/Clarksville/Jeffersonville stores. I’m a doordasher and one thing I see consistently is the very high level of service and professionalism. Who ever does the hiring in these areas knows what they doing! I love to deliver for you guys. I will even wait a few more minutes on an order if you are busy and running behind, just because of the friendly/quickest service I receive every time I’m there. You are the role model for us dashers and carry out orders. Thank you!

Well 2 times in about a 6 week span they have just flat out forgot food I ordered. One time ok we make mistakes but 2 times now, ridiculous. Plus I had a nice wait for my food and it was STILL WRONG! Probably the slowest and worst CFA in the city. Check all your orders in the drive thru!!! No matter how small they are.
There are 5 biscuits listed on that receipt and 4 that came out of the bag! Counting to 5 is hard these days!!

This a great location that I visit often for breakfast and occasionally for lunch. The food is always fresh whether they’re busy or not. The staff is hospitable as one expects when visiting Chick-Fil-A.

Chic Fil A i hate to say this but your food quality is going down and so is your service. Also the other day when i went and this has happened twice now, the oh so good 4 count breakfast minis.. only had 3 in them with am empty bun. I can deal with once but twice, someone knows they arent doing it right. And thats not only thing thats happened. Chic Fil A is ny fav fast food but please get back to being the best

I walked into the bathroom first and encountered a perfect scent of clean. The restaurant was perfectly and stocked. Behind the counter was perfectly swept and clean. The service was great like always . I even had a reward from the owner, even thou I only been to this location a few times. It was a perfect experience. A refreshing experience in today world.

Love this location. Staff is always polite. As a senior, you can feel safe even if eating alone. Staff keeps the tables & seats wiped clean. Parking is adequate.

It wasn’t a “bad“ experience, but it definitely wasn’t comparable to any other Chick-fil-A. I’ve been to. Took almost 20 minutes for a water and a tea and that’s it. With only 2-3 other cars in line. Nobody running drinks out to other cars and not a single “my pleasure” from anyone I interacted with.
I know it’s a new store but district management needs to get some more training in there.

First of all me and my husband were the first to dine in at 6am (january 13,2026), ofcourse you’lI think that your food will be good,me and my husband both ordered chicken breakfast burrito.
While having a bite it was good until i was looking for the egg and the burrito is basically your biting half chicken with the hashbrown itself and scrambled egg on the other half, it was upsetting because that’s not how burrito looks like.. i work as a cook at the hotel and that’s not how burrito is made, imagine having the first meal in the morning and you feel upset about it.. it’s a waste of time and money.
