The best!!! As an extremely picky wing eater these are the best wings I’ve had in a really long time. Crispy hot and not breaded like most joints. The sauces are not my style but blue cheese was great.

Staff was friendly. We waited over an hour for two appetizers, that were mediocre at best. They were lukewarm and overpriced for the portion size. An order of fried pickles costs almost $11… I think that’s about a dollar per pickle chip.

We came here for the Celtics v Knicks game. Our waitress was very kind in communicating the situation (a bartender was off). However, we still waited for an hour and a half to get our margaritas and food. The wings and apps were all very delicious. I just wish my party did not have to wait so long to get them.

We were excited to finally have a BWW in town and we’re excited to support a new business. The food was actually quite good, probably some of the freshest tasting food we’ve had from a BWW.
But there’s a lot of room for improvement in terms of logistics. You can tell the servers and everyone working there was stressed. I saw one table basically forgotten about and they ended up just up and leaving. Our server Isabel was a gem, and we felt horrible how frantic everything seemed. Management needs to provide better training and support to its staff.
It’s hard to complain cause our server was wonderful and the food was good. But we did end up waiting almost an hour for food and watched our food be accidentally served to another table. Hope that they figure things out soon and create a better overall experience.

Just waited 35 minutes for food and walked out. The reviews are right. I ordered moz sticks to come before the food. We ordered chicken dippers and wings and nothing came for 35 minutes. It’s 9pm and I’m starving.. the restaurant is not even full and I don’t have this time wait. Another table told us they waited an hour for 1 beer. Trust the reviews and do not come here. It sucks. If I could give no stars I would.

I’ve dined in here quite a bit of times now and to my satisfaction they have always served me with great quality and great time efficiency. I usually tend to order boneless wings with a side of wedges that always come out amazing. The servers there are all very great but two of the servers there named Kiara and Kendra really stand out when it comes to their hospitality and multitasking from handling all their tables at once.

We were at the Shelton location tonight. It’s a Saturday and it was only 7:30. The tables were empty and we still had to wait 20 min to be seated. Once seated we were informed that most of their menu was unavailable. Basically we could only choose from wings or a couple of burgers. No sides or salads were available. The soda machine didn’t work. At this pint we were already seated and felt bad if we got up and left. They should have been telling people of these shortages before people were seated. The staff was super frustrated telling us that there was only one manager working and that they didn’t place orders for food. When we were served the food was sub par and disappointing because none of it was what we actually came in for. The bill was still $100 for 3 people. Needless to say we don’t recommend this location and will not be returning.

Never have I had worse service in my life. My friend and I arrived to a half empty bar on a Friday night, yet it still took them 15 minutes to seat us because there were so many people waiting for takeout. The food arrived cold and poorly sauced, I was unable to flag our bartender down the rest of the night. She walked past us again and again but completely ignored us. I had to take ketchup from another table, my drink sat empty on the bar for nearly an hour. Our bartender was too busy talking to her friends, never checked back in with us on the food or drinks. We would have ordered more drinks and food but couldn’t get her attention. The couple next to us was equally ignored and frustrated. In my 40 years on this earth it’s the first time I’ve ever tipped less than 20%. We nearly walked out without paying because we couldn’t get her attention to even give us the check.
I called to talk to the manager the follow day rather than publicly flame this place online and was told they were too busy to talk to me. Avoid at all costs there are much better options in the area. Real shame.

I ordered my food at 3:00, as of now it’s 9:52 and never received it. I understand it’s busy with the Super Bowl but what else do you expect. Unbelievable to me truly. Never had this issue when it was Aroogas before
