We went to The Cheesecake Factory in Peabody on a Friday evening and had a pleasant experience. The food was good, portions as known and expected, and everything was fresh. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive, which made the evening smoother.
We waited about 40 minutes for a table, which is understandable on a busy Friday night. The restaurant is located in the Northshore Mall area with plenty of parking and other shops and restaurants nearby.
Overall a dependable spot for dinner when you’re in Peabody — good food, warm staff, and worth the wait if it’s busy.

I hate when the whole restaurant is empty but you get seated next to the bathroom. The food came out a little slow but the quality was good. We had to wave down our waiter, she wasn’t coming up to us voluntarily but she would get the water or more butter we asked for quickly.

A WIDE selection of options! Anybody can find something that they’ll enjoy (probably). We ordered the fish and chips and the original burger and ended with some cheesecakes. The fries were bland and not crispy, which was a bit disappointing.

The food was ok. We ordered the 4 cheese pasta and it was too aldente almost not well cooked. It wasnt creamy at all and we ordered chicken on it so they gave us 5 small pieces. The waiter was willing to help but he didnt give passive aggressive attitude. The ambiance was a little too dim

Very good food and service, the Santa Fe salad very tasty and the dressing very good, ah the only thing I wouldn’t give credit is the chipotle shrimp, they don’t chop and don’t taste like chipotle, very good desserts a delight, the macaroni balls with cheese a delight to start

Tried the new chicken katsu bowl. I enjoyed it but not as much as my usual favorite the chicken piccata! The cheesecake as always was incredible. Obviously not a healthy meal at all, but you know that going in when you decide to go to the cheesecake factory. Great indulgent good and the service was good as well!

No wait for tablet, my server was pretty busy but did gave me extra time to look for the menu. For appetizer we had the meatballs sliders*(1st pic great flavor nice size but pricey$ for the quantity portion received) and for my entree I had Carne Asada Steak*cooked medium-well will recommend and my luv had Spicy Ginger Beef Tenderloin* if you like heat try it out for yourself, also had two side- Honey Roasted Carrots dish chef kiss & Green beans. For dessert we took home the Peach Perfect with Raspberry Drizzle Cheesecake which was a dreamer kiss . Everything we had was delicious and enjoyable will come again .
