I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but this visit was honestly shocking. My kids were served raw, undercooked burgers. That’s not just a small mistake—it’s a serious health risk.
When I brought it up, the manager acted like he didn’t care at all. He barely acknowledged the issue and kept responding with “okay” instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation.
Between the unsafe food and the poor management response, this was a really disappointing experience. I hope they take food safety more seriously in the future.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I came from out of town to see a friend and was excited to try it. The service was okay at first, but my waiter never checked on our table or offered to refill our drinks.
I’m from California and I love Mexican food, so I had high expectations. I ordered steak, eggs, and rice. However, I wasn’t informed that the restaurant doesn’t serve scrambled eggs — something my waiter failed to mention. When the food arrived, the steak was dry. I politely asked if I could order something else, but I was told I would still have to pay for the meal, which I didn’t think was fair.
I asked to speak with the manager. When he came over, he was extremely hostile and even yelled in my face. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I later found out he made the waiter pay for the meal I didn’t like.
As someone who has been a waitress before and takes customer service seriously, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I hope management learns to treat customers — and their staff — with more respect.

Please be careful. Someone at this restaurant added a tip to my transaction without my authorization. I usually leave tips if I dine in, but this was a call in, to-go order…No extra service given.
I received an alert the next day. It said that my total changed…. it was a $7 increase. I’m not worried about the tip, it’s more about the fraud.

My absolute favorite Mexican Restaurant. The food is good and service is exceptional. Whenever we bring someone here, it becomes their favorite Mexican Restaurant too. It doesn’t matter how busy they are, we never have to wait long to be seated. We eat here at least once a week. I highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend to anyone! 1st time here and definitely 9 out 10! NO complaint, food and alcohol beverage were inexpensive. Within 5-10 mins of ordering our food, it was arriving. Although it was slightly not what I order but overall experience was great!

Rarely do I give a 5 star for food I think everything would have to be perfect. I love the prices for the food with the fact that the food is delicious. I had a selection which is 4 items and 2 sides. Had tamale, 2 enchiladas, and something else forgot lol with beans and rice. Overall was a delicious the food was great. Presentation it looked great. I only had 1 issue the salsa it’s terrible. Not sure if it’s made fresh and the recipe was missing a item or what but the salsa isnt good at all no heat. But the food and the prices are great. Definitely gonna come back.

After buying some shoes in a adjacent store me and my lady decided to go ahead and grab a bite to eat. We saw Cazadores in the same shopping plaza and I can’t say no to Mexican food. The restaurant had a great look inside, the staff was friendly, the food was very good, the portion sizes were great and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Was looking forward to a nice steak happy plate on a Sunday night with the family. However, to my surprise, it appeared that an olive had found its way onto my dish. I was left speechless when I took a closer look and it was a screw in the middle of my meal. This is unacceptable and my family will not return for a long time.

I love Cazadores! The food is cheap and very good! You get a big serving. They start you off with complimentary chips and salsa. Staff are very friendly! Many options to choose from on the menu. Average cost of a meal here is $10.
