The most amazing place for a birthday or event!
I had my 33rd bday here on 12/26. Staff were more than attentive and kind. We were allowed to bring in our own cake and decorate around our tables. They really went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t say enough great things about this place!
Food was yummy (we also took advantage of happy hour before 6pm), line dancing was super fun and the ambiance is western, chic and a little
Glam. Totally loved and will be back !

Cute little bar and restaurant with a good vibe. Great bartender abd quick service. Has a dance floor! The music is bro country but I’m sure some love that. The cocktails were fun and they have a selection of mocktails. There beers are domestic. Menu is upscale American fare. Their fried pickles were delicious. Would come back. Definitely wanna try the dance floor.

I wanted to go line dancing for my birthday, so I found this place. I invited several of my friends, and we showed up to dance and had an absolute blast.
The lessons were great and I love that they taught you a song and went through it with you and then gave you a little break with some other songs. The girl teaching the lessons was awesome and had a great attitude. She’s so darling. Once the DJ started, it was line dances mixed with swing dances. A lot of guys are knew how to dance, and we’re so sweet to ask our friends to dance. That wasn’t what we went for, but I definitely felt like it was appropriately, social dancing, not guys trying to hit on my friends. Such a great atmosphere so fun!
We ordered a lot of different food, their fried pickles were really yummy, the western burger was good, and the fries were really good. I ordered some tater tot appetizer, thinking that we could share it all, but it was like six big tater tots, they were fancy though and really delicious. I had a bite of my sister’s tacos and they were so good! I’ll be getting those next time.
I emailed the staff to make sure that we had a spot and wanted to make sure everything was happening as I was hoping. They were great at making sure that we were taking care of and super helpful while we were there. There was 14 of us, and everyone loved it so much that we definitely want to come back!

I absolutely love this place! I mostly come for the FREE line dancing and country swing lessons. The instructors are amazing, and then you can practice the red of the evening! Such a fun place, and you can meet so many like minded people!

This was the first time we’ve been here since the remodel and we loved it! The bar is super cool and everything is nice and open. The addition of the mechanical bull is awesome! The menu is great and has a good variety. We had the pulled pork and it was delicious! The staff were super friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to go back!

New bar! Outstanding too. Pool table, riding bull, full bar and really good food. I posted a pic of the menu. It’s not very big, but it’s really delicious. Service is outstanding. Taryn was my bartender /server. Great knowledge of unique drinks (try the Honey Lemonade) and very personable. They also use real grenedine, not Rose’s. I absolutely recommended 127 Saloon if you’re in Meridian and looking for a drink with more than just a bite to eat.

This place is a hidden gem! Went on a Monday night for my birthday with a group of friends and let’s just say, we will DEFINITELY be going back often! Our servers name was Riley and she was AMAZING! The food was absolutely delicious! Hands down the best burger I’ve had in the treasure valley! The only disappointment is not knowing about this place sooner!

We liked your establishment. Was very nice however the person who brought our food was not friendly at all . Won’t be back because of her rudeness. Both our parties spent well over 50 bucks here . The food was not correct and the passive aggression of the gilt with blond hair bringing the food which was slammed down on the table pushed aside then no thanks nothing turned around while we were going to ask for some ranch and condiments for our food she just kept walking. We’ve never been treated so horrible in our life . Like we all agree the establish Schmidt was nice very high aesthetic of pleasing, but the service was not 100 not even 40 We had to place our order at the bar. Nobody came to our table ones said hey do you wanna order food or drink drinks? We would’ve had a better time at the vendor truck during Oktoberfest, but we decided to give your place a shot
