I got the #9 Tamale and Enchilada (Cheese) very delicious and very fast !
I also ordered the happy hour 3-5 PM 3 chicken tacos for $6 and it was so juicy and savory, especially with the red and green salsas.
Complimentary dessert was sweet enough to satisfy my sugary craving after. 🙂 Will be coming back in the future.

My while family loves Pueblo Lindo. The food is fantastic, varied and flavorful. The wait staff are universally friendly and helpful, and the dining area is nicely decorated and kept very clean. Prices are reasonable especially considering the portion size. We used to bounce around to different restaurants but with the wide variety of offerings on their menu, they are our favorite now!

Our first visit. My wife had Pueblo Lindo burrito with chicken – very good. And I had Chile Verde (pork). Also very good. Atmosphere down rated one as it was a bit loud with a group near our table, but that’s just chance. We’ll be back.

Food was amazing g and the staff was great. The only issue I had was the food was scrimping on the sauce. From the pictures you would expect a gallon of sauce. Also, wish they would have told me on the up charge on the extra chips and salsa. Guess I should have asked before they put it on the table. I will go back again for sure but I will know better next time

Easy parking. Great food served quickly. Ask for the habanero or jalapeño hot sauce if you like spice. The habenero salsa is my favorite. Love the beef taco as well.

I saw a story about this place opening a new store in Boise. They have one in McCall and I ate at the one in Meridian. First off the staff is super friendly! They greeted me when I walked in and again when I was leaving, I love that! The salsa was great, just a little heat to it, I wouldn’t mind hotter. The Pastor tacos were delicious and came with beans and rice. Overall i loved it, the food
was excellent and the drinks were great! The only thing I can even comment on negatively is not one flat screen in the entire place, not even in front of the bar. I like to look up and check scores sometimes. You won’t be disappointed in the food at all!!

My go-to! They are timely and absolutely delicious. The carne asada tacos and the carne asada platter are our favorites. Ask for the habanero or jalapeño salsa with your chips and salsa!

My husband took me out for dinner a few days ago and brought me too your location. I had the seafood alambre? Seafood in tamarind sauce. It was outstanding, so delicious. And the salsa was so good. I could eat it with a spoon if you let me. The service was wonderful and I loved the atmosphere. Definitely my new favorite place for Mexican food.

I did pick up and the picture says it all… and No… I did not spill it and I was home within 15 mins in cool weather…
The ice cream was melted when I picked it up! The chips & salsa taste great. The chimichanga was good. The tamale is too thick and we didn’t get our flour tortillas with our fajitas. Very disappointed!
